平日の昼間。寒い天気が続いているので、何か温かいものを食べようと思いながら、新橋周辺を歩いています。
Among several ideas that came to mind, I decided that the Sndub Chige at "Shōtai-en," a renowned barbecue restaurant in Shinbashi that I had been curious about, would be a good choice. So, I walked up the stairs next to the beer lounge.
The entrance looks like a wall made of iron at first sight. The tail of the cow is used as a light source, giving it a somewhat base-issense. I thought there might be some crowd inside... But when I opened the door, I found that the interior was spacious. There were about 70% of seats occupied. The seating areas were comfortable, and it was quite quiet. It really felt good!
ローストビーフ丼や赤身肉の焼肉セットをランチで楽しむのも魅力的ですが、ここでは初志貫徹のスンドゥブチゲを選びます。価格は980円です。この時代において、ランチの価格が3桁であるという点自体がすでに素晴らしいことです。しかも、こちらは百名店であり、常連の新橋の重鎮です。さらに、ご飯を大盛りで提供し、もやしも自由に食べ放題とのことなので、これは嬉しい限りです。

Soon, the dishes will be served. Rice, sundubu, mizuna, and kimchi. The sundubu is still steaming. When I take a sip of the soup, I can sense the mild spiciness along with the elegant beef broth’s isoflavones and clams’ glucosates. It’s truly delicious.
As ingredients, tofu is a prominent one, along with eggs, and other ingredients like meat cutouts (which are truly delicious), three types of clams, cabbage, kimchi, and ketchup.
The rice is firm, and you can take a bite with a spoon and dip it into the chae soup. It's truly a blissful experience. The rice itself is also delicious.
The green onions are very well prepared. The green onions have a crisp texture, which is very pleasant to eat. I ordered more of them.
I pick up the yellow part and eat it with rice, or I crush the tofu and eat it together with rice. I indulge in this dish in whatever way I can, as I like it.
My body felt completely warm, and considering the mix of flavors and the value for money, this was a lunch that far exceeded my expectations. I would like to visit again.
