On this day, I decided to have lunch here with my daughters and their husband, as well as my wife and another six people.
I chose the "Yamabuki" for lunch. This set includes stick vegetables, 12 fried dishes, a meal, and dessert, all for just 1900 yen – an extremely affordable package.
In front of me, the head chef is frying the dishes one by one, allowing me to enjoy the freshly fried food right away.
This day's yakisoba...
Okura Cheese

Mochi Tonkasu
Oden
Curry Nagan
エノキ

The rice and miso soup can be refilled one cup at a time, and finally, there is a lemon-lemongrass sorbet added, which was very satisfying!
This is a popular restaurant, so please make sure to book in advance if you don’t want to wait for a seat. Please take note of this.
Thank you very much for your hospitality.

On this day, my two daughters came home, and for the first time in a long time, the family of four enjoyed lunch here.
My second daughter is visiting this restaurant for the first time. She chose the "Kumihagi 12 pieces" course, which costs 3500 yen.

Did that restaurant serve 14 of those items? Did you eat something near the "Shō" counter?
I don't remember clearly, but I was always satisfied with the delicious food and the excellent service.
Thank you for your hospitality.

On this day, we had tsuma for dinner at this restaurant. This is a place that tsuma really likes. The collaboration between the professional fryers and the professional female staff in service is truly remarkable.
We chose the Kashiwa course for 3900 yen. It includes stick vegetables, 12 fried dishes, and either rice, tea soba, or tea pickles as a side dish. There is also a dessert included. It’s a very affordable course.
Let's start with a beer toast. It was a hot day, and since I was going fishing, beer really helped to soothe my tired body. Also, the stick vegetables were crispy, making them perfect for savoring while waiting for the meal to be served.
And then the fried dishes begin. The chef, who is skilled in frying, waits patiently for no longer than necessary, delivering just the right amount of freshly fried food. To ensure that the parts of the skewers aren’t too hot, after frying them, they use a cloth soaked in water to cool down the handle part of the skewer. Such care for the customers shows true professionalism.
The fried dishes are quite bland, and it seems like you can eat as much as you want. The other course option is a "let's try various dishes" type of arrangement, where they serve various fried dishes until you decide to stop. The price is determined by the amount served. This might be a good option for young people.
As shown in the photos, the fried dishes are of a type that never gets boring. Items like asparagus are fried individually. Even though the parts close to the hand are not fried, they remain crispy and can be eaten all at once.
And what's great about this restaurant is not just the food, but also the staff members who serve the customers. They are very efficient and always pay attention to every corner of the restaurant. Their service is both attentive and comfortable, making customers feel welcome.
This restaurant attracts regular customers, families, and elderly couples—like us—because of its comfortable atmosphere. As long as there are two professionals working here, I think this is a hidden gem in Fujisawa.
Thank you very much for your hospitality.

This day, we decided to eat Tsuma and lunch at Koshueki and Nishikamakura. There were only one or two places available in each location. So, we decided to go to the place that Tsuma likes.
The restaurant was completely full when we arrived, but we entered after about 10 minutes.
This was my first visit, but it seems that Tsuma visits here from time to time. The lunch prices are 950 yen, 1100 yen, and 1700 yen, all including tax. On this day, I chose the 1100 yen option (10 skewers, fresh vegetables, rice, miso soup, seasonings, and salad).
Sitting at the counter, I watch as the chef continuously fries various ingredients in front of me. There are enoki mushrooms, meatballs, carrots, onions, thick fried potatoes, konjac, asparagus, eel? Maybe it was broccoli… It’s hard to tell from the photo. All these dishes are hot and crispy, so they seem like they could be eaten endlessly.
Both the rice and the miso soup can be ordered again, and there is also sorbet included. This price is absolutely great. It provides a higher level of satisfaction compared to going to a fast-food restaurant. According to Tsumaiwa, this price has been the same since ancient times. The chef works very efficiently, and the waitress in the hall is also very helpful and pleasant. It's a really good place to eat.
Let's come again! Thank you for the delicious food.
