〇Yamanashi Beef Yukke

This was a highly visually appealing dish, with a vivid red color scheme and golden yolk centrally placed.

It’s the perfect time to have a slight stimulation between meals when craving meat. It’s also very delicious as an accompaniment to alcohol.
Namul has a contrastingly gentle taste, with a very refreshing flavor. It also has a crisp texture that is quite pleasant.
This also makes a great choice for resetting your taste buds after eating meat with a lot of fat. It was delicious!
・Oral cleansing salad
The salad is a Tzochregi salad, topped with plenty of plum dressing.
This place features a simple menu with ingredients like lettuce and seaweed. It's great that you can enjoy a pleasant, crisp texture in your meal.
The taste is refreshing and elegant, combining the pleasant sourness of plums with the sweet flavor of lettuce. After finishing the meal, there remains a faint aroma of seaweed, adding a touch of charm to the overall experience.
This salad is delicious whether eaten alone or paired with meat. It was truly a great choice!

The specialty dish was "Beef Tandoori Stew," which was served in small bowls.
This dish consists of beef teriyaki, radish, and carrots as ingredients, topped with a seasoning mixture.
The beef teriyaki is cooked for a long time, making it very tender. Each time you bite into it, the unique umami of beef teriyaki slowly seeps out, which is simply amazing.
The radishes and carrots were also extremely soft. The sweetness that melted and spread in the mouth was simply unforgettable.
The pungent and spicy flavor of the seven-spice sauce is a delightful addition to the dish. It's truly an experience that makes it worth savoring thoroughly, allowing me to enjoy the sake even more!

The beef teriyaki was served in four portions, with white sesame oil added to it.
This ton was made using the part near the base of the beef ton. What was distinctive was that the entire piece was covered with beautiful slits, which was a characteristic feature of this dish.
This time, they cooked it over a well-heated grill. Even though the meat was thoroughly seared, its softness and pleasant elasticity were truly remarkable. It's simply outstanding.
Every time you take a bite, the juices of the meat overflow, and the saltiness along with the aroma of white sesame spread in your mouth. You can fully enjoy the sweetness and richness of the meat. It was simply delicious!

The salt-roasted meat set during the visit was composed of "one stone, three birds roe" / "misogi".

This dish features meat with a high proportion of red meat.
This restaurant is known for its extremely tender meat texture and strong umami of the red meat.
The more you chew, the more intense the rich flavor emerges, which is simply irresistible.
The meat pairs perfectly with the red wine, and it was extremely delicious!

This restaurant features a delicate frosting that has penetrated all parts of the meat, which is quite impressive.
Upon being cooked, a high-quality crust forms immediately, which is quite impressive. The exquisite sweetness that melts and spreads in your mouth the moment you take it into your mouth is simply unforgettable.

In terms of size, it’s quite large, so the portion is also substantial. It’s best to savor each bite carefully, and after thoroughly enjoying the food, to drink a glass of sake to complete the experience—it’s absolutely delicious!

This restaurant uses Wagyu beef, which is served in thick cuts, just like the Chubasco.
The halamin has no trace of the characteristic odor associated with internal organs. Instead, it presents a rich flavor with a deeper, more distinctive texture that is truly characteristic of halamin.
The harmony between the sweetness of the sauce and the ingredients is truly outstanding. With each bite, the richness and sweetness blend perfectly together, a delightful experience indeed.
This place has an impressive image of being perfect for robust alcoholic drinks. Combining it with mackoris made the experience absolutely wonderful!

This is a form where the staff at the restaurant quickly grills and finishes the food right in front of you.
The meat used for this sukiyaki is covered with fine sazae. The moment it is cooked, the unique beef flavor and the sweet aroma from the sauce spread out, which is truly delightful.
The eggs used in this dish are made from "Lan Wang Eggs," which feature a bright red color that immediately catches the eye.
When combining meat, egg yolks, and rice, the rich flavor of the meat, the texture of the eggs, and the smoothness of the rice all converge together. It's a truly delicious taste that creates an unparalleled combination in the mouth—a sinfully wonderful experience.
It's a masterpiece with a Yami-Tsuki flavor, which I couldn't resist eating quickly with one bite. It was simply delicious!
・Miso Yakitori Set
The miso roast meat set served during the visit consisted of Trohormon/Giara.

The meat was from the small intestine of a cow, and it was served in its entirety, without being cut open.
This restaurant has an outstanding level of fatty richness. The moment the meat is placed on the grill, the fire immediately ignites, and at the same time, the sweet aroma of fat and the scent of miso become absolutely irresistible.
The moment it was chewed, a plump texture and rich sweetness struck the palate. It was impressive, and the way the food melted slowly on the tongue and left a lasting aftertaste was also wonderful.
After that, I continued to drink the highball slowly, hoping to let the aftertaste linger in my mouth. It was extremely delicious!
〇ギアラ

This restaurant offers a type of cuisine that is slightly less fatty compared to Trohormon. The texture is well-balanced, with a moderate crispness that left a pleasant impression on me.
The compatibility with the umami of the miso is particularly outstanding. The more you chew, the more the sweetness of the fat and the flavor of the miso blend together, creating a unique and addictive taste.
Overall, it had a rich taste, but there was no lingering aftertaste. The flavor was so delicious that one would want to eat as much as possible!
・“名物”出汁冷麺
As a set meal, we serve these noodle dishes.
This restaurant features a distinctive menu with ingredients like noodles, broth, kyojo green onions, and flower-scented sage. What stands out is the portion of stock that is frozen on top, allowing you to enjoy the rich umami of the stock directly.
The broth here is derived from salmon, and it's delightful to feel that the deep, rich flavor of salmon has been fully absorbed into the broth.
The noodles were prepared to be slightly firm. When chewed, they give a texture that feels like they are being pushed back together, which is absolutely fantastic.
The crunchy texture of the Kudou Negi, along with its slightly bitter taste, and the refreshing feel of the flower-scented perilla, combined to create a satisfying and pleasant aftertaste after finishing the meal. It was truly a delicious dish!
・Sweetness
The sweetness was described as "Mascarpone and orange vanilla ice cream."
This dish balances the richness of mascarpone with the freshness of oranges. While it has a rich taste, its aftertaste is refreshing and invigorating.
In terms of texture, it was extremely smooth. When placed in the mouth, it melted gently. It was an ideal dessert for ending a meal, and I was absolutely satisfied!

The restaurant is located about 2 to 3 minutes' walk from the Wuzen entrance of JR Shinbashi Station.
From the station, enter Shinbashi West Gate Street and proceed straight ahead. At the first crossroads, turn left and continue for a short distance. The restaurant is located on the 6th floor of Tsuruya T.K. Building, visible on the right side.
The interior of the restaurant features a stylish color scheme with a warm wooden feel. Since there are no signs displayed, it can be considered a hidden gem. It’s an ideal place for those who want to enjoy a quiet evening in a sophisticated atmosphere.
The seating arrangement consists of 4 counter seats, 4 four-person tables, and 1 eight-person table, totaling 28 seats.
The customer base consisted of couples, married couples, and friends. During our visits, couples and married couples formed the majority of the clientele.
It was a great experience to enjoy delicious grilled meat and drinks in a cozy atmosphere!
