I went to an ethnic restaurant that a friend recommended.
「エスニック酒場テッパン食堂スワーハ天六」さん。
That day, I happened to be at Tianliu. Since I rarely stay around there at night, I went inside right after the store opened. Perhaps it was still too early, so for a while, I was the only customer there. During that time, I had a great conversation with the staff at the store, and we became very close friends.
Around 7 p.m., the number of people increased.
While waiting for the restaurant to open, I drank about five drinks at another place. There are plenty of places like that in the area known as Tenroku.
Therefore, I thought it was a light meal when I ordered it, but the portion was unexpectedly large—this was the biggest mistake of the day.
Thanks to that, I wasn't in the mood to go all-out. I explained my situation to the master and asked for a light meal of three dishes. And what he served me was...

A French toast made with Vietnamese-style condensed milk. Even the Vietnamese coffee and other ingredients contain condensed milk. Well, it's just a matter of liking condensed milk… But when you add the egg mixture and condensed milk to the batter in the baking pan, along with a light cream, it becomes a truly blissful moment.
This is a must-visit place for those who love desserts.
It was delicious and enjoyable.
