After a long time, I visited Jinglong Garden again. It started late on a Sunday night. Since I came by car, I didn’t drink alcohol and focused on the meat. My Chinese friend, who visited this place for the first time, was very impressed. She already begged me to take her there again soon.

A barbecue restaurant captivated by the magical charm of its unique salt sauce. Not only the signature menu item, "Tang Salt," is excellent, but it also pairs well with various cuts of meat and seafood. Rice is also a popular choice. For sides, ordering yukeko (grilled lamb) and egg soup is the standard choice. You can choose whatever you like. It's a restaurant with an incredibly large number of enthusiastic fans.

On the other hand, the oysters used in the soy sauce dressing ordered at the end were also quite good.

The order was the same as usual. Since there was shimachio, I ordered it with a salt sauce. It was indeed delicious. Indeed, for a steakhouse of this level, even the internal organs are excellent.

It's been a while since I've visited Jinglongyuan. I'm here to guide a ramen critic who has never been here before, and also the owner of a shabu-shabu restaurant.
Both thin salt and medium-thick salt are now available for each person. In the case of medium-thick salt, it is often the case that there is no stock available. It's better to approach the order with a sense of luck if you can even make a request.
Even so, the salt sauce here is truly addictive. It pairs well with not only tonkatsu and harami, but also with organ meats, regular meat (karabin, roushi), and anything else you might want to serve with it.
Of course, the cooking method is probably a highly confidential corporate secret. However, we are currently trying to unravel the mystery of that unique flavor by listening to opinions from various people. It's nothing but a completely idle hobby for someone who has no other commitments (laughs).
Ah, after writing that, I just can't help but want to eat it again.

Tantai salt has finally been reduced to one serving per person. It's sad.
But even without tuna, if you consume this local salt sauce, you can eat anything—including halibut, minnows, and roasts—in delicious amounts.
Another must-try dish alongside the Tandoori food is Yuzuke. It remains as delicious as ever. The sweet Yuzuke sauce goes perfectly with rice. Between bites of Yuzuke and salted sauce on the meat, one can enjoy a truly delightful meal. It’s something that words simply cannot describe.
I truly believe this is an amazing restaurant that remains true to the fundamentals of grilled meat cooking.

In my opinion, the conditions for a good grilled meat restaurant are: meticulous preparation of the ingredients, delicious marinades, no negligence in the side dishes, and of course, good quality meat. And here at Jinglong Garden, all these elements are met. What stands out especially is the meticulousness of the preparation.
Recently, the restaurant seems to be filled with customers who prefer meat-based dishes (laugh). It seems that the focus is mainly on the appearance of dishes like ton salt and yukke. However, the restaurant doesn’t just focus on presenting the dishes beautifully; it also strictly adheres to basic practices such as removing unnecessary tendons and fat from the meat, maintaining the right temperature before serving. This is similar to how the Stamina Garden in Kamaibara operates.
Indeed, the salt sauce here has a somewhat addictive taste. But other aspects, including the procurement of ingredients, could be easily replicated by any barbecue restaurant. However, this particular method of preparation is quite difficult to replicate effortlessly.
After finishing the seven-five-three ceremony for my eldest daughter and son, I headed here with my family.
I thought it might be too early for children to eat this, but they ate it with great appetite, so maybe that’s not a bad thing.
Even so, the salt sauce here is truly a magical flavor. I'm sure they use some kind of magical powder as well, isn't it? (Laugh)
First visit to Shizouken Garden after the relocation.
The restaurant has been renovated beautifully, and seating is available only through reservation. I liked the atmosphere of the previous restaurant as well, so I think this new place also has its own merits.
The menu hasn't changed much compared to before. The stunningly attractive ton salt dish is still available.
I believe that the beef teriyaki used here is probably not made in Japan, but imported. But such a concern doesn’t matter at all when it comes to the highly addictive presentation and flavor of the dish.
This day was also a gathering for the young regular customers of this restaurant. As such, the mother was in great spirits throughout the event (this is particularly important here).
In addition to tandoori salt, there was a variety of other salts. There was also a little bit of soy sauce. The meat was served individually per person. As a final treat, there was a hidden, delicious menu item: egg soup. That was the end of the meal.
There are some rules regarding how to place orders, but still, the focus here should be on dishes with a lot of salt. For the marinade-infused meat, one or two pieces are sufficient; in fact, it’s even possible to serve everything with just salt. That’s why the salt-based dishes here are truly outstanding.
Well, whatever it was, it was a moment of utter bliss.
