Last night, I went to Osaka Yakiniku・Holmon Futado Ginza Store.
Since I have visited the Futago branch in Chikushi and the Shinbashi branch before,
We made an online reservation and visited this restaurant.
The entrance is a bit difficult to find, but there is a staircase on the right side of the building.
If you look around the restroom, it seems that the building itself is quite old.
The restaurant was fully booked, so we had to wait for a while until the tables were cleared before guiding you inside.
Even though it's in Ginza, the customer base is quite young.
First, let’s toast. Super Dry Beer, medium size, 528 yen. I asked the staff for a description of the menu. Compared to regular restaurants, the amount of meat is half, and the price is also half. There are two types of sauces available. Half-cooked kimchi costs 528 yen. It’s quite spicy, so it’s perfect as an accompaniment to alcohol. Salt-tan sauce costs 979 yen.
Here, the staff member cooked the food.
We will enjoy it with lemon for a refreshing taste.
Black Furko Karbi 748 yen
Since I ate it quickly, I added the same item again after that.
Fresh Lemon Sour
Order with a dice game included, featuring an event.
I ordered the double size, but the price was the same as for the regular size. However, those who came with me got half the price.
Twins Salt Salad: 528 yen
Black Beef Karbi, 748 yen per piece, 2 servings
There were some areas where the fat content was quite high, so it burned along the way (laughs).
The second-favorite black beef cut, wrapped in a package – 1,738 yen
This is a dish that the staff of this restaurant prepares by themselves.
In front of me, they are grilling thinly sliced meat.
She will arrange the green onions and daikon oroshi on top, then drizzle with ponzu sauce to complete the dish.
They cut the cooked dishes off and served them separately.
It's delicious, but it disappeared in just one bite.
In this restaurant, it was indeed better to have the menu cooked by the staff themselves.
I skipped the order, so I decided to go to another restaurant instead.
