The sashimi includes eight dishes, such as natural breams, yari ika, and water clams.
This is a selection of 15 dishes: chiri-men kombu dango stew, bone-shaped snacks, fried ginger nuts, this seaweed, boiled pork, and more.
The meat includes black beef Momo Steak, hamburger for braising, and five other dishes.
Yam is fried with pomelo, chives, and sesame oil. There are also淡路穴子天ぷら, Okinawa shrimp tempura, and big shrimp tempura—a total of 11 dishes.
Vegetables include new kind of bonito sesame vinegar, Tokushima fried noodles, and fuki-kugi, totaling 10 items.
The rice options include Kobe beef rice, jaguro rice, tea soba mini tempura, and eight other dishes.
