I have come to Tori Chang Restaurant for the first time in Hunan City.
It might be difficult to find where this restaurant is located.
As I was driving along the county road in the direction of Mizuoki, there was a sign indicating a place called "Tori-cho Restaurant". It's really hard to find, so I just passed by it without stopping. (Laughs)
There is a parking lot in front of the restaurant. It should be able to accommodate around 6 cars.
The restaurant has an aura that makes it difficult to find, but I still summoned up my courage and went in (laugh).
The interior of the restaurant was filled with a wonderful aroma of grilled (birds).❗
My aunt, the restaurant employee, asked us to sit wherever we wanted. When I tried to choose a table in the lower-level area, she told me that I should sit at a table in the main area instead. Even though I said it was fine wherever I wanted.
While checking the menu, I was asked if I was interested in TV... So I replied that I was simply looking at the menu, lol.
There’s a menu on the wall, huh? (Laughter)
I wanted to eat bird grill, so when I ordered two pieces of grilled food, Ai said something like that. Then, I ordered oolong tea and cooked rice.
The bird grill was served immediately, but it took a while for the rice to arrive. When they said it still hadn’t arrived yet, they realized they had forgotten to bring it (laughs).
The rice and oolong tea were brought over immediately. Sorry for any inconvenience caused.
The aunt who really talks a lot at the restaurant staff member, even when trying to put something into her mouth, she keeps talking and can't actually eat it properly❗
But, she’s a rather humorous auntie store employee, isn’t she? ❗(Laughter)
The restaurant, despite its unclean appearance from the outside, has an excellent taste (laughs).
You must eat it before you can understand it.
Finally, after paying the bill, they told me that it was 12,850 yen. I assured them that there was no mistake. The order consisted of 4 portions of raw beer, which were served to three elderly men sitting behind us. I was quite surprised by that.
Rice, oolong tea, and two pieces of chicken grill—that’s not much, right? Auntie, the staff said, "Sorry, we made a mistake. Please forgive us." (Laughter)
It was delicious, so I will come again.
