This is from "Kawachi-ya"!
GWという時期は、世間一般が楽しんでいる時期です(この時代において、みんながみんなが楽しんでいるはずはありませんが)。その一方で、河内屋は仕事のために忙しく動き回っています……実際にはそうではありません。
unexplained abdominal pain occurred several times, and I was pushed to the point where I even considered calling an ambulance in the middle of the night (but I didn't actually do so).
However, I analyzed the symptoms on my own and searched online to find a hospital where there were specialists. The next morning, I immediately called and received a consultation.
The cause has been identified. It was as expected. I will be hospitalized by the end of this month and undergo surgery.
Once the reason is understood, it becomes less terrifying. Humans have managed to overcome fear by giving names to things that are unknown in nature. Kawauchiya also needs to stand on a pedestal of splendid history.
I managed to get a one-day break during the GW, so I made a reservation for two people at 11:30. I was worried that the highways might be congested during the GW, so I set off at 10 am. When I reached the Second Kyoto-Osaka Expressway, I saw signs indicating heavy traffic from Hachiman-Kyodo-Beeji JCT to Kyushu Bypass Kasuto. Even the Sakuhin Expressway Kyoto Line showed signs of congestion from Kamitoba to Kogari. But at Kyodo-Matsui IC, I didn’t hesitate and switched to the general road. And sure enough, there was no traffic at all. Hahaha.
Since the place wasn’t very crowded, I arrived at the restaurant in Nanda-ku, Kyoto City around 11 o’clock. There’s a dedicated parking lot, but since I didn’t know about that, I parked my car in a nearby parking lot and headed towards the restaurant. It seems that if I ask at the restaurant, they will give me the information I need.
The restaurant appears to be a venue that has been converted from a residential house, offering the option to leave shoes outside. When I arrived earlier than scheduled, they responded with a kind gesture, saying that it was completely fine.
It seems that reservation customers are offered fried squid bones as a bonus. This was really delicious. It seems like something I would really enjoy eating regularly. I haven’t eaten such things before, so this is a very pleasant service. The customer service must be top-notch.
This time, I ordered two service sets of eel donburi (Matsumae), as well as udazuku and umakiki.
The service is absolutely outstanding; for example, each person's portion is served in two plates. There are no complaints whatsoever regarding the customer service.
So, it’s the taste of the eel itself. It’s delicious, but it doesn’t seem to be something that’s particularly special. The sauce seems quite strong. The eel itself is plump and delicious, but that’s about it.
It seems that there are people like Toyochan and Ushio-chan who are involved in military matters.
However, I think the customer service and services are good.
