Recommended is a "full course" of about 15 skewered dishes.
Both the roasted birds and the fried dishes use carefully selected ingredients, resulting in an exquisite level of cooking technique ❤️
The fried dishes have a thin coating of sauce, allowing the flavor of the ingredients to be fully preserved.
Especially the shrimp that can be eaten from head to tail, as well as the seasonal oysters are highly recommended ❤️
