The "Fumichan Café," which was operating as a temporary business within M's Dining at Kinjo-cho, Tachikawa City, has moved to a new location and opened its doors on January 17, 2025.
The hotel Nikko is located at the intersection of Kinjimachi First Street and Unites Street. It is about 200 meters away from the train station in the direction of Tokoroka. Turn right towards the railway tracks. The hotel is situated diagonally in front of Kinjima Second Park (Oni Park). The slide in this park features a rather impressive red monster design, which is quite impressive.
On the first floor of a four-story apartment building located at a corner facing the park, there are windows on one side that allow for takeout service. The menu is displayed on the front side, making it easy to understand.
Entering the restaurant through the plastic curtains, you first encounter two terrace seats. The hallway of the open kitchen is lined with a L-shaped wooden counter, likely accommodating about 7 seats. It’s a comfortable and inviting counter for seating.
The menu is extremely extensive, featuring 22 different types of set meals: hamburger, salted salmon, chicken kabayaki, ginger grilled meat, mapo tofu, grilled salmon, pork radish, bonito kabayaki, yadagiri, pork kimchi, shrimp fried rice, pork radish miso, curry, and more. A large bowl of rice is provided for free.

The 8 dishes include chidimi, yanjom chicken, three-color namul, mountain jellyfish, prukogi, potato salad, shaké, and egg roll.
Additionally, there are salads and mini desserts, along with miso soup made from kombu. It's a wonderful plate that makes one feel happy just by looking at it. And of course, everything is delicious. The quantity is also sufficient to satisfy our expectations.
Payment can be made using cards or QR codes, but for now, it is convenient to pay in cash, as this offers the benefit of tax exemption.
At such a price, it feels regrettable that the value is so low.
Takeout is available, and the service is very comprehensive. It's truly amazing.
