Last time, I visited the second restaurant on my list. It was really great, so this time, I booked a spot at the first one!
On the day of the reservation, unexpectedly, there was no snow, and it seemed that the procurement couldn’t be carried out. I was really worried about dishes like stews, which I thought were delicious last time, and also garlic rolls. Unfortunately, I couldn’t order these dishes, which is quite a pity.
Let's regain our spirits and start with a bottle of beer as our toast.
The bottle of beer is Suntory Triple Life.
Presentation: Harada Cream Croquettes
It's my second visit, but once again, I'm shocked by the luxurious service offered!
The items I ordered were

The seafood was fresh, and especially the mackerel was delicious!
Other individual dishes also have a gentle flavor.
The sushi is also small in size, which is a good size for dipping sauce.
It was delicious, but unfortunately, I couldn't enjoy the dishes I expected, leaving a disappointing outcome.
Next time, I hope to have another chance to try it during a sunny day!

After drinking together nearby, a friend who was also with me decided to try Fishkin. So we quickly called each other!
It was around 8 p.m. on Friday, but it seemed to be a convenient time when the space was available. So, I went straight in.
The seating was at a counter, with the chef right in front of me, which was quite authentic!
The table seats offered a unique advantage, as one could enjoy watching the large screen of the building across from them.
First, let's have cream croquettes.
It was still hot and had a strong flavor, so I ordered it without adding any sauce!
It's extremely hot, but it's quick and delicious! ♡
The items ordered were
White radishes and wakame eden
It was a light flavor, but the broth was rich and gave a sense of comfort. It was a pleasant taste.
Anzenpon Sauce
→Angan is much more refreshing compared to other foods one can eat elsewhere.
Namero (Salt)
This was my first time experiencing saltiness in a restaurant, but the sesame oil really made it effective, making it a great choice as an appetizer.
Bluefish Gari Roll
This was the most effective option!
The scallops, blue fish, and cucumbers are absolutely delicious. I definitely want to eat them again!!
I forgot the name of the sake, but since it was cold, I ordered a recommended Japanese sake and drank it over hot water.
The saji-hai also offers three sizes to choose from, which is a good thing.
It was the second restaurant we visited, but due to various reasons, we ate and drank a lot and had a really enjoyable night!
At the entrance of the restaurant, there is a private booth for one person. The air in there was quite strong, and it was a bit cold… lol.
Recently, many restaurants in Kabukicho have implemented a smoking ban or only allow electronic cigarettes. Therefore, having a smoking area is really very helpful.
Next, let's enjoy sashimi and boiled fish! We will be using this restaurant as our first choice!
