Recently, when it comes to yakitori (grilled meat), I've been visiting Ryuuji's restaurant. Today was a slightly later visit—I arrived just before 8 PM. There were about 5 groups seated at the table area. Since it was a later time, the place seemed quieter than usual. Today, I decided to have my yakitori over the counter (•̀ .̫ •́)✧
Today, I ordered a lemon souse first. Also, Namul, top-tan salt, halami, and Château Brion. Since the tan meat becomes hard if it's overcooked, it should be cooked just briefly to keep it tender and delicious ✨
Last time I couldn’t enjoy the meat, so this time I ordered the Château Brion. Anyway, the meat was super tender, and as you chew it, you can truly taste the delicious flavor of the meat. It’s amazing that you can enjoy this dish for just over 4,000 yen.
Haramimi also has a texture where the fibers are cut into small pieces when chewed. It makes you truly feel like you're eating meat.
I drank two glasses of lemon soursa, so I switched to wine and ordered a special beef cutlet. It goes well with red wine. Delicious〜✨
This time, I decided to try something different for the final dish. I added Niro curry and tomato cold noodles. The curry from the barbecue restaurant was filled with plenty of meat and cooked thoroughly, which was really delicious! ✨The tomato cold noodles were also tasty, but still felt a bit lacking. So, I added the usual Niro cold noodles instead.
Indeed, it's a delicious meal✨

After a long time, I decided to try grilled meat at this restaurant. First, I ordered a beer, namul, and beef tartar. I also had white senmaiushi as a side dish.
The main meats served are Sagari and Harami, along with top-quality Rosu. I had been considering ordering a Shopho-Brian restaurant because it’s affordable and the food is delicious. However, I ended up feeling too full, so for today, I decided to just have cold noodles instead. ;^ω^)
Ryō Cold Noodle is truly delicious✨ This dish seems like something I could eat even if I had to eat it several times.
This time, it was also a satisfactory grilled meat experience. I’ll definitely come back again!

This is from the restaurant "Tanaka-ya" in Gifu. The quality of the meat here is truly outstanding. It's a restaurant I've really wanted to visit. They offer excellent meat at an affordable price. Starting with salted turkey, followed by top loin, sagari, and chateau brie. Every piece of meat is incredibly delicious✨ And for the end, they serve Nierou Cold Noodles.
