Steamed dumplings (large size) – 1,100 yen; White scallion stir-fry – 600 yen; Black pork meatball stew – 500 yen; Char siu with mero pan – 600 yen; Garlic rice – 500 yen; Mapo tofu – 600 yen
Visited for dinner. We made a reservation in advance and were directed to a table located directly in front of the entrance. Immediately ordered a large serving of fresh beer and dumplings. The staff suggested that since the dumplings take a bit longer to cook, they would serve them quickly. I asked for white senmai shishu and black pork croquettes. The senmai was softer than usual, with a moist texture that left a good impression. The spicy miso sauce complemented the beer perfectly. The pork croquettes were also soft, and the addition of anise seeds added a nice touch.
In the meantime, the fried dumplings I had in mind arrived. They were arranged on a plate, sticking out prominently. Along with them, a large amount of chopped green onions was also served. It’s recommended to eat them with the sauce and plenty of green onions. So, I immediately tried them.
The crispy skin, reminiscent of fried dishes, is fragrant and delicious. The juicy filling complements it perfectly. The small size of the portions is also a great advantage; I couldn’t stop eating, and I finished 15 servings in just a short time. I asked for an additional serving. It took a little while for the additional portion to arrive, so I ordered Chashu Mero Pan, Garlic Rice, and Mapo Tofu as snacks between meals.
Chashu Melon Pan is a dish consisting of melon pans with a bite-sized size, filled with chashu that resembles meatball mixture in size and flavor. Its sweet and salty taste is truly addictive. Garlic Rice can be eaten on its own, but it becomes even more delicious when paired with Mapo Tofu, making it a top-notch dish. The aroma and taste of garlic are particularly effective, making it an unforgettable experience.
そして、二回目の焼餃子が届けられました。何度食べても、何個食べても美味しくて、焼餃子は何度も追加注文されました。味を存分に楽しんだ後、大満足の気持ちで食事を終えました。
