First, I was shocked by how delicious lamb meat could be!
The adult moose meat had the unique aroma of lamb that was absolutely wonderful.
From other menu items, we ordered bear meat, pig meat, and red kangaroos!
Bear meat had no odor at all, and pig meat was crunchy and delicious!
The dedicated hunter carefully removed the blood from the meat. The meat was delivered directly from the farm without being frozen, so there was no odor at all.
My concept of jibie has changed completely!
They even happily accepted our request for cake, making it a perfect birthday party!
Oh, it was delicious today too!
