On August 4, 2025, "Dining Bar 四季彩" opened in a residential area, approximately 10 minutes walk from the Osaka Metro's "Tamezukue Station," "Kita-Kagaya Station," and "Funabashi Station." We have lunch here.
Lunch options include weekly rotating pasta (2 varieties) and homemade dumplings.

Pescatore means "fisherman" in Italian. It is said that this dish originated when fishermen used fresh fish and seafood to make pasta.
The pasta is slightly softer than al dente, with a flavor that balances the umami of seafood and the sourness of tomatoes.
However, it seems that the flavor of the tomato sauce is a bit weak.
This may be a matter of preference.

The bread is a moist focaccia.
Leftover sauce, when eaten together with it, is truly exceptional again.
During the process, it is recommended by the restaurant to add soup to the pasta to change its flavor.

Cream soup and tomato sauce have merged into one, creating a delicious transformation!

The ingredients of the shijimi soup are wakame.
It has a faint taste of seaweed.
This is a Negi Mayonnaise Yakinimbou Donden, a dish where chicken seasoned with sweet and spicy sauce is grilled until fragrant using a barner.
Under the chicken, there are plenty of green onions and mayonnaise as toppings.
First, just grab the chicken that has been cut into large pieces.
The crispy chicken meat has a very rich and fragrant Japanese flavor, filled with plenty of juices.

It transforms into a juicy亲子丼。
It's a bit sweet, so if possible, I would prefer a seasoning like seven-miy.
