Reservations made on Monday at 18:00. Arrived at 17:53, and they welcomed us warmly. Before the service started, we were served beer. There were also six other guests who didn’t arrive for a while… We waited for quite some time. The customers arrived 15 minutes late, and four people were changed out of place. Inbound tourists are really troublesome.
The good thing about this restaurant is that it doesn’t put customers in an awkward situation. Even though it’s a high-end sushi restaurant, you can truly feel their eagerness to make customers enjoy themselves. The hospitality here is truly remarkable. Compared to traditional sushi restaurants where customers may feel nervous and unable to fully appreciate the taste, this place offers a much better experience—both enjoyable and delicious. Since there are many foreigners here, those who don’t like party-like atmospheres might not be satisfied here. Please note this.
This dish is served quickly from the very beginning—impressive. I really like this salmon here. On this particular day, it was from Oki, and it had been resting for three days. It’s truly delicious. The salmon was well-marinated with salt and pepper. The scallops were also excellent; they were cold and tender, which I really appreciated.
The alcohol was also served in a pleasant manner. In the end, it went all the way to the fourteenth generation. How grateful I am.
I will come again. Thank you very much for the hospitality.

Open hours: 6 PM to 8:45 PM. The regular menu is a "おまかせコース" costing 22,000 yen. Including pairing services and free food, the total cost is 30,000 yen. This time, I used the Makuake early discount and got a deal of 20,000 yen. From the moment I made the reservation, I could sense the大将's sincerity. With high expectations, I entered the restaurant at 5:55 PM. We were served beer even before the official start time.
The restaurant is bright and beautiful. The view of the Tokyo Tower from dusk to night is truly spectacular. All the customers besides me were foreigners (from Singapore, Korea, Australia). However, there are staff who speak English, and most of them also explain the dishes in English, which makes it very friendly for foreigners. There are also plenty of staff members, so the stress related to operations isn’t too much.
The dishes and sashimi are both entertaining and enjoyable to watch. The taste is mild, with just a hint of saltiness, which makes them suitable for bringing smiles to faces, especially among foreigners. Each item is exquisite. I prefer those served with kombu. Overall, my impression of this place is that it's akin to top-tier sushi establishments like Man-tei Sushi, Uoki Sushi, or Sushi Ketsu.
There are also a variety of Japanese sake to keep you satisfied. The "Tiger" from Akasaka is only available here, and its taste possesses valuable originality. The free-flow service means I often drink too much...
What's a bit concerning is the firmness of the shari. Since the chef comes from a Japanese-style cuisine background, perhaps sushi can be even more delicious. However, considering the overall course arrangement, it's quite satisfactory. Just note that the price is comparable to that in Roppongi or Hamamatsu. It seems like a sushi restaurant geared towards foreigners. I prefer to enjoy it in a relaxed atmosphere, with entertainment as an added bonus, and even having some conversations with cheerful foreigners is another enjoyable aspect of this place. It was a nice time.
Thank you for your hospitality!
