Today's lunch was at the restaurant "Zhonghua Jiu Cai Ying Yue" in Morinoomi.
At the Chinese restaurant "Chinese Cuisine Yingyue," located a little to the southeast from JR Kansai Line's Morinoike Station, I ordered "Cold Chua Hua" plus a set of "Half Chicken Wraps."
This "Zhonghua Jiu Cai Ying Yue" is a stylish and modern Chinese restaurant with a bright interior. It seems to be a newly opened establishment, having opened in 2022.

Deliciously smooth noodles with a silky texture, topped with a special sesame soy sauce dressing. Various colorful toppings are added to create a truly proud masterpiece!!

The noodles are medium-thick, plain-cut Chinese noodles. The toppings include shredded steamed chicken, cucumber, char siu, golden eggs, shrimp, mini tomatoes, okra, and topped with white radishes. Additionally, sesame oil is spread all over the dish.
This is a special sweet vinegar soy sauce dressing, filled with plenty of sesame seeds. The thick soy sauce has a strong sesame flavor, making it an extremely delicious dressing.
This cold Chinese noodles definitely impressed me with their quality. There were plenty of ingredients, making it a delicious cold Chinese noodle dish!
If you add lardo in the middle, the taste gets even better!
And, the chaathan features simple ingredients: chaatsees, eggs, and green onions.
It was a high-quality chaat of the "solid and neat" type.
This comes with a soup, which is a huge plus!! It's better to warm your stomach after eating this.
