Visited the only rotating sushi restaurant in Bi Nan, the "Daikyo-Tei" Bi Nan branch.
This is a sushi chain called “Kanekichi,” which has its headquarters in Ichiyacho, Nishio City.
The restaurant I manage operates four branches in Nishiō, Hiranami, and Okazaki.
They actively use local ingredients and provide fresh ingredients for that day.
The taste is convincing enough to make people think "this is sufficient," and it is deeply loved by the local community, resulting in its continued prosperity.
It was a time after noon, an awkward moment, so we simply sat down without hesitation.
This is a popular restaurant that can get very crowded, even during weekends, with wait times of up to two hours. So I was really lucky.
The restaurant was almost completely empty, with hardly any sushi available. The staff said, "Please order whatever you like."
The menu is diverse! The prices range from 110 yen to 360 yen per dish.
Although it’s not cheap compared to other rotary sushi options, I think the price is worth the delicious food.
In addition to that, the ingredients from the Mikawa Bay that arrived today are displayed on a wall using short strips of fabric.
That might be more enjoyable.
First, we will order shrimp and grilled fish.
Green Pepper Toremon Army Ship, Clam Soup
Red shellfish, white fish's battleship
Iklar Military, Three-color Tuna Wraps
Tuna, fried oka and squid with fresh catch
Grilled Salmon, Ebi Mayonnaise
Dessert: White Jade (Matcha); Smooth Pudding
Indeed, I believe that Yaari Fishing Pavilion offers good quality sushi as a rotating sushi service.
It really can’t be compared to that certain 100-yen sushi.
I can understand why it's a popular restaurant.
Delicious, thank you very much!
