This is a restaurant I have used for a single-person silent lunch. However, this is my first time using it for evening dining.
This venue is used for small gatherings within the department. It seems that the department members frequently use this place. There were large whiskey bottles connected to pumps, and these bottles were kept in a state where they could be easily accessed at any time (ﾟoﾟ;;
So, it seems that aside from me, everyone here is a regular customer!
The banquet began solemnly. While checking the menu, I ordered everything at once. ← Most of the items were what I wanted to eat myself (^◇^;)
Since I found Kibinago sashimi, I ordered it without hesitation.
It's been a long time since I've eaten something like this... Immediately, I reached out for chopsticks, and it seems that about one-third of the food managed to make its way into my stomach.

Yes, today too, it's a "one-person silent meal".
On that day, I actually intended to go to a Chinese restaurant nearby, but there was a long queue. As a result, I was drawn into this restaurant over there (^^;;
But, but ultimately, it's all about the result.
I ordered 'Nagasaki Chapon'.
After a while, the Nagasaki chapon was served. It looks like a common type of chapon, doesn’t it?
It feels like a restaurant that offers plenty of vegetables, huh?!
He inserted chopsticks into the noodles in a deliberate manner, then pulled out the noodles and chewed on them. It was delicious. Chew it, it's really delicious.

The soup involved there is also very good. ← More meaningful than expected (⌒-⌒; )
