November 2016, opened in Osaka and Fukushima. A restaurant specializing in creative iron plate grilled cuisine.
The interior is a calm and sophisticated space that seems perfect for everyday use, as well as for dates and other social events. It's a really nice restaurant.
The restaurant is located on the 5th floor of a mixed-use building.
The moment you step off the elevator, a spacious area comes into view. In addition to table seats, there are also full counter seats available.
From the counter seats, you can see the process of cooking the food right in front of your eyes, which adds a lively and engaging atmosphere. It’s not formal at all; instead, it has a casual feel that seems suitable for various situations.
By the way, one of the origins for the name of the restaurant "O" is said to come from the character "オー" in "Osaka".
The dishes are, of course, mainly ironplate grilled foods.
In addition to grilled vegetables that bring out the best of the ingredients' flavors, there are also original dishes like radish polenta sauce and taro crispy cheese. The menu features a dazzling array of iron plate grilled dishes.
The menu item with a heart symbol is the restaurant's recommended dish.
Just looking at the menu is already making me feel excited.
What surprised me was the rich variety of plain dishes like yakisoba and oshimaki!
Iron plate grilled dishes were generally thought to be centered around meat dishes like steaks. It's a pleasant surprise that there are also dishes made of flour-based ingredients as well.
Those who want to eat until they are full will surely be satisfied.
In addition to that, there were also recommendations for today's menu items, as well as dishes that can be ordered individually.
It seems that they are putting a lot of effort into creating lemon sours.
So, let’s toast with lemon sours.
It contains honey, and the moment it enters your mouth, it has a sweet taste. With mint and lemon added, the aftertaste is refreshing. It’s really delicious.
First, the appetizers.
There are also oranges and other citrus fruits, making the presentation very colorful. It's enjoyable just by looking at it♪
Next is the iron plate beef yukke.
Is it being lightly grilled on a metal plate? It has a rare, appealing feel to me.
The yolk sauce laid out below is quite rich. I really hope you will enjoy it by mixing it thoroughly with the ingredients before eating.
The seasoning of the yukke is also quite strong, so beer seems to go well with it.
Large pieces of hida and broccoli are scattered throughout the dish.
The seasoning is quite good. It’s simple, yet delicious.
Hatta and broccoli really complement each other nicely, don't they?
A garlic shrimp dish featuring four big-sized shrimps, served with shiitake mushrooms underneath.
The shrimp has a springy elasticity that bounces back when touched. The garlic also plays a significant role, making it an excellent choice as a side dish for alcohol.
The first main dish is beef tempura grilled on a metal plate.
Cut into bite-sized pieces for easier consumption.
Not greasy, but very appetizing and easily finished. The degree of cooking is also excellent.
What surprised me was the price. For such a large quantity and quality, 950 yen is really amazing.
And the second main dish is yakisoba. The classic pork balls.
The surface is crispy, and the juicy interior adds great texture to the bite.
The cabbage was cut into fine pieces.
Every time you bite, the sweetness of the cabbage spreads throughout your mouth.
All kinds of desserts are available here.
The interior has a high-end atmosphere, but the staff are friendly and easy to talk to. The food is delicious, and overall, the price is reasonable!
A sophisticated restaurant where you can enjoy teishiban in a comfortable atmosphere!
