Olive oil pasta with tomato cream sauce
Half a tail of octopus, ¥2,060
The store has a South French-style exterior painted in red and blue paint, which is quite eye-catching.
Inside, there are illustrations of crabs, shrimps, and fish everywhere, which look cute. However, the space is quite small.
It’s a seafood restaurant, but during lunchtime, most orders are pasta dishes.
This popular dish is Olive oil pasta with tomato cream sauce.
Half a tail of octopus costs ¥2,060, and one whole tail costs ¥2,720.
I asked for half a tail.
In about 10 minutes, the pasta with olive oil and half a tail of octopus served with orange-colored sauce was ready.
The olives were of a size that was quite reasonable for the price.
The noodles were thick and chewy, and the rich sauce really blended well with the olives. There were still some olives shells scattered around the sauce, which showed that it was made with care.
By the time the pasta was half-done, I peeled off the olives from their shells and ate them. They were crispy and delicious.
The sauce was light in flavor, but it was a great combination.
Anyway, the sauce is just too delicious. I really want to order more.
