The menu lists not the names of the dishes, but the ingredients that are used with great dedication. It was really exciting to see what would be served.
It's nice that chopsticks are also provided.

Orange-colored soup with tangy flavors. I thought it might be sweet, but it turned out to be extremely refreshing. The black vinegar adds a stimulating taste that boosts appetite.
