From the night before, I had work at a certain establishment around Ogipu. Strangely enough, I met my former company’s senior colleague again after 16 years. Since we were in the same industry, I thought we would meet again someday. “It’s been a long time!” I said as a greeting. Then he asked, “Do you know about ‘Savior Matron’?” I was surprised. “What is that, sir? Is it something related to that kind of entertainment?” “If you don’t know, that’s fine.” No results appeared when I searched online…
I spent such a deep night, and after returning home, I took a shower before heading to the office. I thought about just quickly finishing some administrative tasks and then leaving, but late at night, there was a request from the facility where I worked to make some adjustments. Hmm, well, I’ll go and see what needs to be done. So, I finished the work in a hurry and then left. Oh, by the way, since it’s my lunchtime, let’s eat somewhere. I searched for a place called Efe Kabab.

I ordered a drink. The drink was oolong tea.
In just a few minutes, I put on my cooking attire. I took a bite of the kebab, and then the abobohod… it was hard… quite hard. However, the chicken was soft and had plenty of it. Beneath it were vegetables that were tightly packed together. It’s been a while since I ate kebab, but the ability to experience all these different flavors and textures at once is really great. The abobohod was a disappointment. The potatoes were just average.
Ah, it was delicious. I really want to order another chicken kebab (without the avocado), but I'll refrain from doing so for now.
After eating, I searched for restaurants and found several similar establishments. Is it a common name for kebab shops, or is it a chain restaurant? Or, like those Indian-Purwanese curry shops, does it involve supplying ingredients to multiple locations?
After eating kebab for the first time in a long time, I felt like trying other restaurants' dishes. Maybe the number of reviews about kebab will increase in the future.
