This is a famous restaurant, but in fact, it's my first visit.
The name of the restaurant seems to come from the phrase “うしごろ”, which means “the right time for beef”.
On this day, we visited the restaurant with three men. However, most of the other tables were occupied by couples who seemed to be from the fashionable class.
Course Content
“限定メニュー”を取り入れた人気コースとして、牛ヒレ、フォアグラ、トリュフを使ったロッシーニサンドや、石焼きフォアグラビビンバなどが特別メニューとして用意されています。
After raising a toast with fresh beer, we started with the "Seasonal Nambu Combo". It consists of a dish made of burdock, radish, and tofu, shaped like fried dumplings. The nambu is quite stylish. It goes well with the alcohol...
Next is the limited menu at Omotesando: “Selected Wagyu Beef Tartar Yukke served with Italian fried bread ‘Nocco Fritto’…” Inside the raw meat are pickled vegetables and shallots. On top of that, there’s caviar… You tear off a piece of bread, place the tartar yukke on top, and eat it together with the bread. Wow, quite delicious. This made the dining party even more lively. ← This is important.
The service was handled by a pleasant-looking woman. The next item served was "Crab Cream Croquettes with Kalasami..."... Since the ukkese before that was good, I might have had too high expectations. It didn't quite match my imagination... The cream was over-emphasized, and the amount of crab wasn't enough.
“サラダ”…葉が厚いレタス(=ブルラッシュか?)とキュウリに、胡麻油風味のドレッシングをかけて作られた一品で、食べやすくて美味しいです。
“極みのタン”…担当の女性が焼いてくれるので、安心しておしゃべりに集中できます。薄切りのタンはコリコリとした食感が美味しく、レモン汁でいただきます。
“厳選厚切りハラミ”…ちょっと焼きすぎかもしれませんね…焼いてもらった後で甘えたように言いますが、やはり最高レベルのものを求める店ですよね。
“厳選赤身 焼きしゃぶ”…さっと片面だけを焼いてポン酢でいただく。生の方が舌に届くように食べるのが良いですね。あ!この食べ方、私の大好きな肉屋さんの食べ方と同じです。…もちろん、とても美味しいです。
“本日のスープ”…説明はなかったが、「蕪のスリ流し風」。…少し塩味は強いが、強すぎるというほどではない。
And the next item is said to be a “limited menu for the Harajuku branch”. “Beef tenderloin, foie gras, truffle Rossoini Sandwich”… Ah, so it’s a French-style menu inspired by Rossoini. It involves serving beef tenderloin with sautéed foie gras, topped with truffle. This is served on toast made from bread that has been colored using this special type of bread. Of course, it must be delicious. Thank you, this is truly a masterpiece.
“水キムチ”…キムチと言いながら、辛くない発酵食品です。口を潤すのにぴったりです。
“クラシタのすき焼き”…クラシタとは牛の鞍の下に当たる部分のことで、その名前が付けられている。肩ロースのことだ。よく動かされる部位なので本来は硬いはずだが、この店のものは柔らかい肉。それに濃厚な卵黄、甘いすき焼きタレを絡め、熱々のご飯に乗せて食べると、それはまさに至福の味わいだ。本当においしいね〜。
And, here comes another dish as a side dish, which really satisfies me. I serve it with a sauce.
This is a special menu item from the Shibuya branch of this restaurant, "Shi-yaki Truffle Bibimbap." It was prepared using a mix-and-mix presentation. I offer it to you.
…お肉、先ほどすき焼きに使っていた美味しい玉子を使った玉子焼き、小さく刻んだ紫玉ねぎ、ご飯をよく混ぜてから、トリュフをちょっとだけ、かすりつけるように乗せてくれました。まるで石焼きビビンバのようで、贅沢な炒飯のような感じです。これもかなり美味しいです。
If the order is delicious, it brings a sense of happiness.
デザートは数種類の中から一つを選びました。私は「スイートポテト&バニラアイス」を選びました…バニラアイスでこれまでの食事をクールダウンさせます。気持ちが少しずつ落ち着いてきます。

Basically, it was a night meal that satisfied both the taste, service, and atmosphere to the fullest.
It seems that each of the other series of restaurants has its own special menu. So, I really want to try those as well… The strategy used here is indeed effective.
Rather than a usual meal between friends, it seems like a great place for business dinners, dates, and... even for special occasions like Hari.
