While we were cooking, the dish we ordered was also outstanding~

The delicious taste of fat and its elasticity in the teeth, enhanced by green onions and ponzu sauce, create a smooth and delightful flavor.
And the pot is now complete~
The sweetness of the softly translucent onions, the crispness of the green beans, and the rich flavor of the tender tofu.
Even with the added richness of beef, it’s simply outstanding!
If you pour down your gin-gin cold beer, that's where the true charm of winter lies.
The dish served in the pot was the popular cheese risotto—consumed from start to finish, without leaving a single drop✨
