At the counter, we receive a course-style meal. The skewers are carefully cooked right in front of us... It's really exciting!
Let's start with the appetizers. There are tomatoes, green beans, and ham rolls of various colors. The mochi-shaped dishes look so cute, resembling chickens. Lol.
The roasted vegetables were also extremely delicious. Zucchini, shiitake mushrooms, green onions, and eggplants all stood out as mainstays of the dish.
The meat was coated with grated cheese, giving it a slightly Western-style and modern feel.
The roast chicken options include salmon, skin, thigh meat, liver, and other classic choices.
Especially the skin was crispy and deliciously oily! The umami flavor spread in my mouth, making me feel incredibly happy...✨
The seaweed added to the sashimi was also delicious.

The dessert's rich pudding was simply outstanding... It really resonated with those who love sweets.
The wine was a Napa red called "rindo". It complemented the yakiniku perfectly.
