The atmosphere inside the restaurant was also quiet and the service was attentive. It was a place where one could feel comfortable.
This time, I ordered the ‘Black Eel Course’. All the dishes were truly delicious and we were very satisfied.
What stood out especially was the high quality of fugu and eel. The fugu was surprisingly fresh, with no smell at all, and a clear umami that made one want to taste it again. The eel was plump and meaty, and every time I tasted it, I couldn’t help but say ‘delicious…’. The dish reflected the quality of the ingredients and the careful cooking.
Also, the sauce made from liver and the cabbage salad that I ordered as an additional item were impressive. The balance between the liver sauce and the salad was perfect. It was a satisfying appetizer.
Despite such high quality, the price was very reasonable. We were amazed by the excellent cost-performance ratio. Both the food, atmosphere, and service were outstanding. It was a great meal that will be remembered fondly.
