A noodle restaurant using whole wheat flour, located on the 4th floor of Tokyu Square, directly connected to Musashi Koshigai Station. The noodles are of excellent quality. Suitable for any time as a snack. I visited around 1:30 PM on a rainy weekday.
The interior is illuminated by soft lights, and jazz music plays in the background. The customer base varies in age; about half of the customers were from last time. We sat on the sofa on the wall side again. The cushions on our backs were quite comfortable.
The fudepリン was delicious, but the weather was gloomy. Now, I really want to eat a sweet pafé before work. I thought about ordering a pafé with kinako powder.
I asked the staff about the contents of the pai-pai. They said that it included vanilla ice cream on three scoops, along with kanna powder, and was surrounded by wheat cookies.
Hmm, maybe it's a bit different.
I ordered a luxurious snack plate with three types of small desserts, as well as a warm coffee.
On the table, there is a QR code for ordering.
Without much waiting, a coffee and a white dessert plate were served.
Gâteau Chocolat with whipped cream.
Hoppe is not too sweet, just normal, quite pleasant to taste.
The ganache chocolate is firmly set, with a rich chocolate-flavored dough that tightly compresses together.
I don't think it's a bitter dish, but it has a nice sweet taste and is delicious. The size is just right.
Even when eaten with whipped cream, it doesn’t become too sweet.
4個のわらび餅。
It has a just-right sweet taste, with a chewy texture that makes it delicious. The sugar sometimes becomes sticky, which is quite pleasant.
Small, roasted briole.
This one, I really liked it!
The top part is crisply caramelized, while the crème brûlée batter is soft. The taste is rich with eggs and cream.
Delicious~ I really want to eat more.
The warm coffee, priced at 300 yen per set, had a strong bitterness and acidity, making it easy to drink.
I think the milk is just ordinary cow's milk at room temperature.
First, the room-temperature detox water that is served at the beginning.
Orange and mint.
The aroma and taste of orange, along with a hint of mint later on.
Even before and after desserts, it's excellent.
I'm also interested in the gratin udon, but I really want to try the creme brulée in its regular size...
Let's try again ♪

A stylish noodle restaurant located on the 4th floor of Tokyu Square, directly connected to Musashi Koshin Station. They use whole grain flour for their dishes. It’s a great place to enjoy delicious meals anytime, even as a snack. We visited around 1:30 PM on a weekday.
The interior of the restaurant was filled with a warm and gentle light, accompanied by soft classical music playing in the background. There were two sofa seats with cushions on the wall side, and ten table seats for four people on the center and opposite sides. More than half of the seats were occupied by single men and women, creating a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere. I sat down on one of the sofa seats.
Many people here prefer eating stylish whole wheat udon-like pasta dishes. But my goal is to have a pudding from the dessert menu♪
I ordered a warm coffee as a set meal.
私は爽やかなレモンウォーターを飲みながら、わずか5分も経たないうちにプリンとコーヒーが届けられました。
A small, square-cut piri.
On the top, there are classic cherry blossoms; the whipped cream is quite sweet.
A slightly bitter caramel flavor is added to this dish. It's a light, fluffy texture! A simple dish that still has a hint of egg flavor, not too sweet. Quite to my liking.
The coffee seems to be a bit weak. There isn't much acidity or bitterness.
After a while, they brought over a Corn Tea as a service. This is delicious.
The pudding was extremely delicious, so I would like to try it again when there are more varieties available, along with the oudon.
