Sometimes, I visit this renowned crab restaurant in Sapporo to experience the ‘crab atmosphere’.
This day, I ordered shishu crab and boiled taraba.
From the moment it was served, its luxurious appearance immediately captivated me.
The sweetness and umami of the crab filled my mouth, making me feel truly happy every time I ate.
The vegetables were also delicious, with a rich broth that enhanced their flavor. The udon was also excellent, as the broth and crab’s umami perfectly complemented each other.
The boiled taraba itself was a delight to eat, and it was even more extraordinary.
The atmosphere inside the restaurant was calm and pleasant, and the service was attentive and professional. ✨
The price is a bit high, but it’s an excellent choice for special occasions or as a treat.
After eating here, you’ll be left with a strong sense of satisfaction and happiness.
This is a restaurant I definitely want to visit again when I’m in ‘crab mode’.
