Weekday night drinking party.
On this day, I used this place for a business dinner with my client.
In this mixed-use building, after using the elevator four times,
It was a very charming and pleasant place to be.
I ordered Hi-Ball drinks throughout the entire meal.
This high-ball... is quite strong.

【一の鮨】 大トロ、キンメ、白イカ、貝類、鯛
【料理】 一皿 車海老 帆立 甘鯛 筍
2 plates of bonito, radish, herring sprouts, and sky beans
【温物】 ズワイ蟹とユリ根を使った茶碗蒸し
【二の鮓】 中トロ、穴子、車海老、穴子
【巻物】 とろたく巻き 玉子焼き
【〆椀】 赤出汁
【甘味】 ヨモギのムースとパイナップル
The waiter who was in charge of the tables had a rather clumsy way of explaining the dishes, but...
It seems to convey a sense of innocence and dedication!
All the dishes have an outstanding taste.
Particularly standout was the grilled silver white fish dish from Saitama, known as “Saitama Grilled Fish”.
Deliciously fluffy silver cod, with the perfect amount of salt.
With this piece of food, you can have two servings of rice.
This is a highly substantial meal, including 9 kusen of sushi.
A meal spent in a relaxed atmosphere, enjoying conversation at the same time.
I was able to spend the time without feeling any sense of fullness, which is quite unusual.
Delicious food must be something special, right? (Laughs)
No, it was a truly valuable experience that I had that night.
