Today is Tuesday. I thought it was probably a day when fish would be served, so I decided to go there.

Last time, I found the words for "sea food dilled rice" that were written in a quiet manner. I decided then and there to try it again.
Probably it also depends on the ingredients available that day, but I think a set meal of sashimi would be more satisfying.
I think the cuts are smaller for the purpose of making it easier to peel off. But I still felt that the sashimi cut into thick slices gave a higher level of satisfaction.
Yes, it's delicious.
This is a seafood dilled dish where the sauce has been added from the very beginning. It includes herring engawa and anchovies, so the fish is definitely included!
But next time, I’ll choose a sashimi set meal again.

I had heard that there was a coffee shop near my workplace where seafood was delicious. However, due to various reasons, I couldn’t really visit it. Finally, I made up my mind and went there.

All of them are top-quality! It's truly a special privilege to have them available on the day of their arrival!
And, the only special item is Fukayu caviar.
To be honest, it's not bad, but it's not particularly delicious either. The caviar is also different from what you're familiar with.
I think it's probably a moa crab, so those are probably its eggs. They look dull and black in color.
To use it as a mouthwash, or perhaps as an accent point along the way, it's fine.
This sashimi provides a total satisfaction score of 300%!
It's extremely delicious.
Also, the miso soup is outstanding!
Here, there are also fish, and the broth made from seafood really works well. Miso soup is delicious; it gives a different kind of comfort compared to pickles.
I found something written on the whiteboard, and it seems that there's also a seafood dilled dish available.
Anyway, the freshness of the fish is definitely excellent, and the level of cooking is also high. So I really want to try the boiled fish dish as well. This definitely is a repeat customer.
The satisfaction level was high, and since it was a coffee shop, I decided to enjoy some coffee as well.
I ordered a blended coffee. It was in the old-style style, with both sour and bitter flavors that are quite pronounced, but still easy to drink.
I felt both physically and mentally at ease.
