Beer served with side dishes.
On the right side, there's a roll of lamb; inside it is roast beef. On the left side, there's a roll of catfish from Yamagobou. This dish is prepared using soy sauce from Kagoshima.
This udon-like omelette is soft, and the egg yolks are fluffy and creamy.
The roast beef has a good texture, with just the right amount of softness.
The sauce used in this restaurant is based on Kagoshima's soy sauce, with a rich sweetness.
First, there are the Wakame fried chicken made from wakame grown in Misumi.
I ordered fried wakame because I thought it was a unique dish.
It’s crispy and dry. It lacks moisture, but it has the saltiness and deliciousness of wakame. Adding lemon makes it even more refreshing. Beer goes down well!!
The next order is Sakuramajima radish miso pickles and black pork dumplings.
Cream cheese marinated in soy sauce.
By mixing the cheese aroma with the sweet soy sauce from Kagoshima, a balanced sweet fragrance is created. This further enhances the taste of the beer.
Sakurajima radish miso pickled.
This also goes well with beer.
Originally, the radish has a subtle sweetness, and the sweet taste unique to Kagoshima is combined with a richly sweet and spicy miso.
The sweetness has increased further, and now I really want to have more beer.
Soft-skinned meat-filled black pork dumplings.
The taste of the black pork is incredibly sweet. Since it isn’t greasy, it can be eaten with ease.
The yuzu shō that came with it was quite spicy, according to a friend who is good at spicy flavors.
Perhaps it's the gap between the sweetness of the black pork and the overall taste of the dish.
And the shabushabu was prepared as part of the "summer dish". It seems to be a limited-time offer.

First, comes the shishibushibu with katsuobaidashi.
This is a soba dashi that is delicious even when consumed as it is.
Upon tasting it, it reminded me of the udon that I ate during my trip to Kagoshima, before adding satumaki to it.
The sweetness was well-controlled, but there was a slight hint of bonito flavor.
This will continue to become more delicious over time.
There's a sub-table, which is really helpful!
The amount of seasonings used here is simply staggering.
A lot of ponzu sauce as well.
Flowers and meats will be served.
First, it was recommended to cook the vegetables until they turned white, and then to eat them with the broth. So, I followed that advice.
This hot water also contains the broth, so the room is filled with the aroma of bonito fish.
Quickly seared through, just as it should be.
The broth and pork are absolutely excellent.
Even for a two-person portion, it's a considerable amount of pork. Under the pork cuts, there is also loin meat.
And a lot of vegetables and tofu.
When eaten with the broth, it has a soft taste. When eaten with ponzu and yacon, it develops a slightly stronger, more robust flavor.
Adding vegetables to the dish, and by the time the meat was also gone, I tried drinking only the broth...
It became soft, with the pork fat fully absorbed, and the strong aroma of bonito also becoming gentle. It had a final, tender quality that gave a sense of comfort.
It may seem unexpectedly small, but it actually contains quite a substantial amount of content.
I was able to enjoy the black pork to the fullest.
Finally, black sugar nuts and vanilla ice cream.
Black sugar here is a unique feature of Kagoshima cuisine, with a soft and pleasant taste. Walnuts are also easy to eat and go perfectly with ice cream.
It feels like a dessert that is gentle on the body.
Since it’s possible to watch sports inside the restaurant, I decided to spend a little time there on my way out.
You can enjoy shishibushi while watching it on a large screen.
It was a delightful restaurant in Kagoshima, where I could enjoy various dishes such as meat, fish, Sapporo Island radish, and various types of broth.
