Since cooking at home is troublesome, I wander around restaurants every day. This is the diary of a middle-aged single person who prefers to eat out.

・中詰め丼
It's a long time since I've visited here.
In Nagoya, when it comes to "tuna," this restaurant has been my go-to since I was a child. (*´꒳`*)
Compared to before, the crispness of the skin has become slightly softer, but still, it is considered quite crisp compared to other restaurants. The charm of Nishimoto remains intact ('ω').
And what surprised me the most during this long-awaited revisit was the amount of eel sauce!!!
It was as if a thick layer of soup had accumulated, to the point of making me smile involuntarily.
Surely, this feature is absolutely delightful for those who enjoy eel sauce.
It's also a pleasure to book a table in the private room at the back, where you can enjoy a meal while enjoying the Japanese garden.
Being able to enjoy a calm atmosphere is also one of the recommended features of Nishimoto's restaurant. (*´∀`*)
Always save and like, thank you very much!
It would be my pleasure and also a source of motivation if you could save the restaurants that I like!
Without any assumptions or judgments, I am evaluating this restaurant. If there is any place you would like to visit, please consider it as a reference♪

このうなぎ丼には四切れが入っており、中詰め丼には五切れが入っています。
The price is 4,000 yen.
Last December to this year, I visited about three restaurants selling fried chicken. However, among them, the fried chicken at Weston’s restaurant in Rakochi is my favorite.
However, since the positions have been changed, it seems that the degree of cooking might have slightly changed as well…
This restaurant offers delicious eels, and the atmosphere of its Japanese garden in the courtyard is truly pleasant and peaceful.
I hear all sorts of things about the origin of the ingredients and the cooking methods. But instead of just reading about them, it's better to actually taste them. After all, the simplest and most delicious ones are the best, right?

I've been here for over 35 years, so I don't really know how many times I've visited this place. Lol.
The photo Unamidon is available for 3,800 yen per serving.
Compared to others, it seems to be a bit more expensive.
The soup that comes with it has a slightly strong taste, so to speak.
The main unna-yaki has a crispy and fluffy cooking degree, with a wonderful aroma. Even though I often end up leaving some rice on my plate, today I managed to finish it completely for the first time in a long time.
Indeed, eating eel in a dilled bowl is the best way to enjoy it.
By the way, this restaurant has a very beautiful courtyard, so please definitely take the time to enjoy it with your eyes.
