From Kyodō Station, it’s about a 3-minute walk away. However, it’s located off the main street, so it’s a quiet, hidden restaurant that operates in obscurity.
By the way, I noticed that my rating on Yumlog has exceeded 3.5 points! I'm completely satisfied with this result.
The interior of the restaurant has a counter on the first floor, with about 12 seats.
The second floor is a private room.
Anyway, the roasted chicken is absolutely delicious!
This restaurant uses morning-raised chickens, and their portions are quite large! The perfect grilling method by the charcoal fire makes the food incredibly delicious...
Like the pork trotter egg yolks. They are large and fluffy, with a rich egg yolk and sauce that blend perfectly together—truly a delight.
The cutlets of mulnobasil were also soft and had a great flavor, just perfect.
Yagen's soft cartilage is truly stunning; such a vivid presentation of meat is a first for me.
The fat is clearly present, and it's absolutely outstanding...
All the individual dishes are excellent, especially the Chinese-style ones.
This time, it's a Yodare Chicken.
The chicken is extremely moist, soft, and juicy. The spicy sauce goes perfectly with it, making the alcohol seem like a thing of no importance…
The characteristic feature is the friendly service provided by the owner, which is absolutely outstanding. Naturally, it quickly becomes a popular restaurant.
It's a bit far away, but it's an extremely excellent restaurant that I really want to visit regularly.
Thank you for your hospitality.

It's a long time since I've visited "Kanayama Sanpei" again.
From Kyodō Station, it’s just a short walk away. However, if you deviate from the shopping street, you’ll enter a side alley. Therefore, those who don’t know this place might not even try to enter by chance.
The interior of the restaurant has a counter on the first floor, and the area in front forms a L-shaped layout.
It's a cozy space with about 10 people. There are some artworks displayed on the walls, creating a sense of Shōwa-era charm while also having a unique atmosphere.
On the second floor, there are also private rooms suitable for formal gatherings. On this day, a group of people visited these rooms.
The order was for the roasted chicken that I was so impressed by last time I ate it.
I asked for upper liver, seseri, and thighs. Even the chickens brought in in the morning were quite of good quality. Anyway, they are really delicious.
Grilled by the charcoal fire, the scenery is enjoyable to watch and never gets boring.
However, it was a Saturday, and by 6 p.m., the restaurant was fully booked...
Moreover, all the dishes are prepared by the owner alone!?
For those who have experienced it, it's truly astonishing with its level of technology and speed that goes beyond all expectations. ( ゚Д゚)
The yakitoris generally have a price range of 180 to 220 yen per piece. This is a typical price point.
The amount of food per serving was quite large. Considering it was a morning dish prepared with chicken and Kyoto-style charcoal-grilled meat, I thought the cost-performance ratio was rather poor.
The owner is extremely skilled at serving customers, and their friendly approach to conversation is also one of the reasons why people want to visit here.
It's convenient that the restaurant allows smoking, and it also supports cashless payment methods such as credit cards and electronic payments.
This time, I am also completely satisfied.
I will come again.
Thank you for your hospitality.

Through a recommendation from a friend, I made my first visit to "Kuroko's recently opened 'Kara-ya Sanpei'."
This is a yakitori restaurant located along a alley that turns right from Kyoji's shopping street.
The exterior has an incredible charm, even giving off the feel of a traditional restaurant.
The interior of the restaurant is equipped with only a counter. There are many customers who come alone, as well as groups of three or more people visiting. The place is very lively.
Also, the uniform of the owner is extremely distinctive and impressive ^^;
We sit at the short L-shaped counter on the side, right at the entrance. From there, we can enjoy the grilled dishes, which really gets our excitement up! (I myself used to cook skewered dishes in the past...)
The main dish is yakiniku, along with other dishes such as pork butt and pork butt rolls. There are also Chinese-style dishes that are sure to appeal to drinkers.
In the order, the grilled chicken includes zuri,ささみ,せせり, and chicken wings.
One dish is, Muzuku kimchi!?, chicken with saliva.
The roast chicken is carefully selected, using rare and hard-to-find breeds of chickens that require little care in handling. The charcoal used for cooking is the Bencho charcoal.
For the final step, oil is used differently depending on the part of the dish, and it is applied with a brush before baking.
The way they cook the dishes is also excellent; just watching makes you get excited♪
この料理は弾力があり、風味も非常に強い!本当に美味しいです。
Sashimi is a rare-yaki dish characteristic of morning-raised chickens. It’s extremely tender, and its compatibility with wasaibira is outstanding.
One of the dishes, "Mozuku Kimchi," is absolutely delicious. The unique texture of the mozuku and its sticky flavor perfectly complement the kimchi’s taste. It’s the perfect appetizer for any occasion ^^;
The chicken was extremely moist and tender, and the spicy sauce was perfectly delicious!
This also makes me lose control over my alcohol intake...
Upon hearing this, I learned that the owner had previously worked at a very famous Chinese restaurant in Tenma. I was quite satisfied with the menu selection and the quality of the food.
And above all, the owner is extremely friendly and skilled at serving customers, so engaging in conversations is a great pleasure for me (^^♪
You can easily make friends with the customers around you, lol.
The area around Kyodō Station is quite lively, with many shops. It seems like these places will quickly become popular ones.
I will definitely come back again.
Thank you for your hospitality.
