Today, I attended a meeting at the Teatown Ruins’ Esophageal Garden.
I had heard of Sotoen Head Office before, but this is the first time I have visited their restaurant.
It seems to be a renovated restaurant, and the interior is extremely luxurious.
We had a reservation starting at 5:30, so there were still few customers.
During the reservation process, they said something like "We can arrange a seat for you somehow..." It sounded quite impressive, but what did that really mean?
Well, that's okay.
Now, you will be guided to the table.
Let's quickly take a look at the menu.
Tandoori, fillet, rose, karabai, harami, misoji, momo, krimi, and more.
These are available in various ranks, such as Special Selection, Top Selection, Regular, etc.
Hormones include mino, tsurami, techchan, senmai, and lebar, among others.
Other types of meat and seafood include Aba-tsume chicken, pork loin, shrimp, awabi, and sea bream.
There are also other dishes such as vegetables, kimchi, chidimi, namul, chapchee, and other single-item dishes.
The soups include more than 10 varieties, such as pibinba, kinpa, and cold noodles.
The menu is extensive.
First, let's toast with beer.
Puhh.
So, let's talk about the meat.
First, let's start with the hormones.
This is a restaurant-review segment. Translate only this segment and keep the wording natural. The source text is: "テッチャンです。"
This restaurant lacks a clear "floating" quality; instead, it has a noticeable stiffness that is quite disappointing.
During the processing, did we wash the fluffy parts too much?
Next, let's move on.
Next is Harami.
It’s a type of hormone, but it’s a highly popular part of the dish.
It's soft, and when you bite into it, the parts that make up the meat in your mouth break down like cells, which is very pleasant.
Eating it with sesame added makes it even more delicious.
After beer, I would like to have shochu.
First, wheat.
My companion also gets a martini and a glass of water.
And I get a mixed vegetable platter.
Onions and worms.
And in the side dishes, golden radishes, and extremely thick white onions.
This is a quite rare selection of dishes at Bolumi.
Burning lotus roots allows you to directly enjoy their crisp texture, which is really interesting.
Well, the third dish of meat is, once again, the classic karaage.
This has a great combination of soft soy sauce and meat.
Here, you can get yuba hot sake, kimchi, and mini pibinba.
ピビンバは、錦糸卵、ノリ、ニンジン、もやしなどを使って作られた、小さなながらもしっかりとしたピビンバです。
Enjoy karubi, grilled vegetables, kimchi, and pibinba until the end of the meal.
The roasted vegetables include red radishes, green onions, shiitake mushrooms, garlic, and golden lentils—a quite rare combination.
Pibinba uses Namul seaweed and Kanzhi eggs, making the colors very pleasing.
I'm full now.
This restaurant has an excellent layout for both the space and the interior design, and the food is also of high quality.
I believe that if we can improve the service and operations a little, it could become an even better restaurant.
That's just my personal opinion.
But it turned out to be a wonderful grilled meat dinner.
Thank you for the meal.
