A historic eel restaurant founded in昭和44 year.
While visiting Una Toさん, I found that their food was delicious.
This is a branch restaurant.
This is a convenient location near Ei.
This time, I was staying at Munaigisan.
Upon entering, you are greeted by a luxurious interior that radiates a golden glow.
There are also many solo customers here.
The service is prompt, so it seems like a good choice for quick meals as well.
Because I was disturbing two people
Please proceed to the half-private seating area.
It's very quiet and peaceful.
We were able to dine here.

The rice used in this restaurant is Koshihikari produced in Fukui Prefecture.
It is cooked properly.
The texture is so firm that it feels even more substantial when chewed.
Even the rice is delicious.
Regular Hitsumibushi and
You can enjoy both the white-baked hitsumibushi.
Comparison of Red and White Heavy Dishes
I have wakame that can be sliced by myself.
It's also enjoyable to experience these things firsthand.
Not only are the eels delicious, but the wakame is also tasty.
My favorite is
Ordered through the restaurant's recommendation
This is a white-crusted dish served with oshizuke.
Since I usually prefer eel sauce,
I prefer kabayaki over white-baked dishes.
Fritted white rice that has been cooked to perfection
Both the dashi and wasaibiro are delicious.
The texture is also very pleasant, so I really want to order it again.
Since the access is good, even during idle times
The seats were quite full, making it a highly popular restaurant.
I will try to ask again.
