The area around Sussuki in Namba 5-chome, West 4-chome, Chuo Ward, Sapporo City
This is a road-side restaurant called 【Yakitori and Organ Meat Jinkisukan Bar Remon】.
Even from the outside, one can see the lively neon lights.
It's a bar that has an atmosphere typical of "a place where people can go for a casual meal". It serves grilled meat, organ meats, and Siberian game.
Perhaps, choosing the all-you-can-eat option along with a plan where lemon sours are served free of charge is the most appropriate way to use this service.
As a single item, the experience did not fully reflect its true value; in fact, it was considered to be quite unaffordable.
This whisky is a highball whisky, associated with Duchess Highball.
I had expected something classic from a Scottish brand, so...
Upon tasting it, the balance between the flavor of the whisky and soda was not good.
What's most disappointing is the impression of a dish that seems to have a strange, mixed taste and a dull appearance.
It has a slightly tart taste, and its aroma is not very strong. It seems that lemon-like elements are mixed in as well.
Even though I drank it little by little, unfortunately, I couldn't finish it until the very end.
The order was "Exclusive! Three Points of Ramen" for 3,498 yen.
The content states "Special Selection of Raw Lamb, Raw Lamb, Premium Bone-in Greenlandic Lamb".
I ordered the dish with a sense of expectation from the menu's presentation.
Honestly, the cost-performance ratio is quite poor.
The texture of the meat was considered "okay" to some extent. There wasn't much in terms of thickness or quality that could be described as "premium," nor did it possess the visual appeal that one might expect from a product labeled as "special selection."
Especially the "Premium Bone-in Siberian Lamb" has a lot of fat.
The richness of the fat overpowers the natural flavor of the meat characteristic of Lamb Chop, making it stand out.
The part with a large amount of fat on the outside was a bit overwhelming in the end.
The cuts of the raw beef were also uneven, or rather, they were extremely uneven.
It seems that there are only items in a shape that resembles a collection of scraps.
There is no sense of neat and tidy arrangement that is typical of a high-quality ram.
Overall, it feels like the quality offered by the buffet restaurant is of high standard.
Additionally inconvenient was that,
Despite being served lambs meat that was completely connected together,
Since there were no scissors on the table, I had to use chopsticks to tear the food apart while eating it.
It's difficult to cook, and even the excellent ginjikisan couldn't be enjoyed fully.
Lam chop also follows the same pattern; all that can be done is to chew around the bone.
If I were to say it, it might have been provided as such, but I felt a lack of basic consideration.
No prior customers, only one group of later customers arrived.
The staff seemed to have a lot of free time available.
I felt that they should be doing proper work.
Summary
Overall, the cost-performance ratio is poor, and both drinks and food are of low satisfaction.
The pricing strategy may be good for meal or drink buffets, but...
The price of individual items is definitely not cheap. Considering the care with which they are prepared and the level of quality of the flavors,
This is my honest opinion: "I guess I won't visit here again."
The location of this restaurant is good, but...
“気軽に飲めて満足できる一軒”という点では、残念ながらそのレベルには達していないと感じました。
