On that day too, I ordered sake as my main dish.
The flavors of the side dishes are excellent. The nigiri (sushi) is also good. The sake is also of high quality.

Today again, I was comforted by the playful smile of the chef and his engaging conversation.
Without saying a word, the head chef had his apprentice replace all the chopsticks.
I believe the reason why our chopsticks got stuck in the skin of the grilled swordfish we ate is because of that.

The chef of the sushi restaurant I've been dining at truly has an amazing sense of concern for his customers.

Well, I felt unwell that day, so I kept my Japanese sake intake quite limited.

The chef handles the niggiri with a loose technique, so you need to snap a quick photo before eating it.
In the mouth, the food breaks down into crisp and tender pieces.
The sashimi is delicious.
The appetizers match the sake well, and the broth is outstanding.
Both the aroma and the taste were perfect.
The alcohol is also served in a good rhythm, which is really enjoyable.
