This time, I ordered a special-fine fillet pork cutlet and a set meal. Since the roast chicken I had last time was extremely delicious, my expectations are quite high.
First, let's start with the cabbage. The dressing made with black truffle is still as delicious as ever. This time, I ordered more of it by default. It's worth coming here just for this delicious meal.
The cutlet was an exquisite shade of pink, with a perfect cooking done through low-temperature methods. The crust was thin and light, while the fillet meat was tender and juicy. The sweetness of the meat was well-illustrated, making it seem as if it has already reached the "ultimate level."
This restaurant offers a wide variety of variations for seasoning, wakame, wasabi, soy sauce, and sauces, ensuring that you can enjoy the food without getting bored until the very end. Personally, I prefer the combination of salt and soy sauce.

This is a new restaurant that opened on April 25, 2025. It was founded by a former owner of the renowned "Tenkatsu Keita" restaurant in Nishinomiya. The interior is designed to be extremely stylish and sophisticated, with only counter seats available. It truly feels like a place for enjoying tenkatsu, not something one would expect from a typical tenkatsu restaurant.

The main tonkatsu is made using the top-quality brand pork, "Miyamoto". It looks beautiful, and the frying process is perfect. The crust is crispy, while the meat is juicy and tender. Just one bite reveals how delicious it is.
Even when eaten alone, the tonkatsu is incredibly delicious. Its compatibility with Yamagata Prefecture's "Tsuyahime" is also outstanding. The use of rock salt, soy sauce, and sauce makes it easy to enjoy in your preferred flavor profile, which is also a great feature.
