It's a pity that some of the food is still frozen.
The red meat has a slightly flat taste, while the large fillet has a rich flavor due to its fatty aroma. However, this dish also has a flat taste.
Considering the price, it seems to be a bit expensive.

However, it's a pity that there are some bits of fat and wakasa pepper that are not well combined.
The amount of wasabi varies from place to place. In terms of price, this seems to be a reasonable amount for the cost.

The fat and sweetness are slightly dulled.
In this restaurant, this tonkatsu might be considered the best among all the tonkatsu available.

This "Suzuki" is simply delicious, with a thick and juicy meat texture. The umami is quite decent, along with a firm chew that satisfies the palate. The soy sauce is light, which seems to be a good choice.

"甘えび"、"仕込みエビ"、"赤エビ"の3貫握りですね。この中で最も美味しかったのは、「甘えび」の3本でした。単独で考えると429円ですから、それも一つの理由かもしれません。
【炙りうなぎ 429円】味 3.4
The grilled eel, with its buttery flavor taking precedence, has a slightly disappointing aspect in that the pieces of fish are quite small. However, the taste is quite average.
It's grilled, but I would prefer if the eel were a bit more plump.
【焼穴子 660円】味覚:2.0 と 味覚:3.6
This was the biggest problem with "Hakushi". I ordered three plates of "Yakisaki", but one plate was delicious‼️ The other two plates were quite tough and not very good.

The scallop in the first photo was described as "crisp," and I enjoyed it very much.
