I visited Gaoli Fang after hearing that you can enjoy the most satisfying barbecue in Saitama Prefecture, at Shitamata Shin-Tokura, or within 12 minutes on foot from Yone Station.
This time, we've chosen a full-flavored meat course—a "Meat Course" priced at 15,000 yen.
The private rooms of the restaurant are also spacious, offering a luxurious atmosphere with a high-end and calm ambiance. There are numerous such luxurious rooms available.

Homemade Ginger Ale
Cut into extremely fine strands like hair, these ginger pieces are included in this ginger ale. A ginger ale that allows you to enjoy ginger—with a refreshing sweetness from mild sugar, it's a refreshing ginger ale. A gentle sweetness spreads throughout… This is delicious!
The sliced meat has a well-seasoned marinade, and its color is also very vivid.
Overall, edible flowers are scattered throughout the dish, making it look very beautiful.
Dipped in homemade ponzu sauce, it’s absolutely delicious! The thinly sliced onions are eaten together with the meat… oh my goodness, it’s a paradise! It really tastes great! (It was said that after boiling the cut of steak, the fat was carefully wiped off one by one, so there’s no sense of greasiness!)
The Namuru with 6-koji toppings includes Minoshi. The Serio Namuru is a seasonal dish, and it seems that the ingredients are changed from time to time.
Minomushi is soft and spicy, making it a delicious dish.
This cucumber dish, along with the nambu made from mushrooms, has a truly exquisite taste. It seems like you could eat it endlessly. The kimchi is also smooth and offers a sense of sweetness and umami.
Next is three types of beef tendon.
The way the shirab is prepared is absolutely exquisite‼️ The top salt sauce features lemon pineapple dashi, while the tanshi bushi is flavored with ponzu. The mango tanshi is seasoned with wasabi.
This soy sauce is delicious—it even contains pineapple, so the lemon's sourness is gentle and smooth. It truly highlights the best aspects of soy sauce! The sauce has a rich texture and a noticeable sweetness from the meaty flavor. It’s absolutely delicious!
Tandoori beef is typically eaten after being grilled, with green onions added and served with ponzu sauce. Since the green onions are included in large quantities, it feels extremely refreshing! Even when the tandoori beef is sliced thinly, it still retains the characteristic chewiness typical of beef tandoori!
Mango tandoor… the thickness is truly impressive! It seems to be about 1.5cm to 2cm thick. I’ll enjoy this luxurious treat with lemon juice and wasaebi. This is delicious… Despite being so soft, it’s still cut into pieces of mango, so there are some rough parts throughout. That’s exactly what adds a good bite sensation, and then the sweetness seeps out slowly.
This is a Koryo House milfū. It was cooked over a fire, and the meat texture is moist. The yellowed egg custard has blended well with the sauce, making it a truly delightful masterpiece. This is simply delicious!
Just as the name suggests, Milfuyu features three layers of delicacies, so there’s plenty to enjoy! The sweet sauce really complements the rice—this is definitely something I’ll definitely return for again!
The upper pork is sweet and has a creamy texture!
When paired with the spicy tamari, the sweetness of the meat is truly highlighted.
The cutlet is meat, yet it feels very tender. It has a strong lean flavor, is soft, and belongs to a type of meat that is very refreshing. As the cutlet gets closer to its expiration date, it becomes gentle on the stomach and quite pleasant to eat.
The vegetable sticks with a kind of chopstick-like structure are paired with a sesame oil-flavored miso, which is extremely delicious.
The Sologne soup is infused with the rich flavor of beef bone broth, making it a rich and delicious dish.
The last piece of meat is a kalbi marinated in a pot. It’s the perfect choice to conclude the meat course. It’s a dish that truly stands out and completes the meal well.
Finally, serving the kabu, I can clearly sense the enthusiasm of the restaurant!
The thick karubi is soaked in a sauce along with the marinade. It enters wrapped in a coil. This version has plenty of fat, and even when cooked, it remains soft. Even after being cooked thoroughly, it remains soft. The combination of the marinade and the fat makes this dish even more delicious.
In the end, I ordered Goryoban Cold Noodle and Morioka Cold Noodle with my friends.
The Goryouban Cold Noodle is made with buckwheat flour. The noodles have a crisp texture, and the soup has a salty flavor due to the added broth.
Morioka Cold Noodle is a dish made with chewy noodles, topped with a soup that is rich in broth and has a sweet taste.
At this restaurant, we extract the broth from scratch, one by one. Therefore, both the ingredients and the resulting dish have a delicate taste, making them truly delicious!
この自家製クレームブリュレは、少し懐かしいような、しっかりとした卵のプリンみたいな味わいです。
Goryasan tea is a tea with a subtle sweetness, making it very comforting.
Today’s menu was absolutely massive, and I’m completely full! It was delicious from beginning to end. Thank you very much for the wonderful meal.
