This evening’s meal was held in Ginza.
Stopped at JR Shinbashi Station. After exiting from Ginza Gate, continued along the “Kagurazaka Street” towards “Hanautsuki Street”. Then turned left onto a street and found the restaurant that was my goal for that day: “Ginza Premium – The Kitchen of a Butcher Shop”.

We made a reservation through the Yekirou-Log reservation service, and we were brought into a private room for our meal.
Starting from a drink package costing 1,500 yen including tax, I had Asahi Super Dry (medium size) and enjoyed it thoroughly. (´・з・)ノU☆Uヽ(・ω・´)
What was served on this day is a top-quality thick-cut beef teriyaki, priced at 8,000 yen including taxes. There was also a buffet featuring A5 grade black-bearded beef. This was the "Toku-seien" course from the butcher's kitchen.

As the starting set of the course, three types of meat were served.
The meat quality seemed unlikely to be what one would expect from a buffet. We enjoyed it with soy sauce dressing, marinade for grilled meat, Okinawa seaweed salt, and wasabi as accompaniments. ヾ(´▽`*)ゝ
