February 9th. Someone said that today is “Meat Day”. Ah—so, it’s been a while since I last went to “Traj” after the renovation. Well, I’ll go and check it out then.
Usually, it's on the 29th of each month. February 9th is also recognized as "Meat Day." There's really no exception, you know? ＾＾
The interior of the restaurant is a comfortable space where natural materials, such as kozo paper, create a soft and cozy atmosphere. There are various types of seating arrangements, including private rooms, semi-private rooms, and U-shaped sofas. The design of the tables in each area is different, so every visit brings a new experience.
Hmm, indeed it has become a high-end restaurant. Although there’s only one person, we’re sitting at a table with four people.

Red meat is difficult to distinguish. External breast, internal breast, sintered meat, lamp… Well, what kind of meat is this? Hmm… Actually, it’s okay, ^^
Another option would be the Hanetsuta with shoulder pork. The way the sesame seeds are arranged is quite unique.
Ow! It burned immediately! The temperature setting was at MAX. I had to lower the plate's temperature.
Yeah, it's delicious meat. And it comes from our own ranch (Traj Farm).
Finally, there are tea and ice cream. Wow, so there's even something like that here.
Service is excellent. This must be a high-end restaurant. Young part-time workers are probably not used here.
At the time of payment, they asked, "How was your experience?" I replied, "The meat was delicious. On Meat Day, the prices are usually lower than usual, right?" "Yes, our lunch prices are typically 2,000 yen." Hmm, even though she was a woman, she seemed to know her stuff well. Otherwise, they wouldn't have asked, "How was your experience?" at the time of payment.
It's normal for cheap restaurants to be popular. However, even if they are a bit more expensive, it's still enjoyable to receive good service and experience comfort.
This restaurant will continue to be a stable choice for years to come.☆☆☆☆
