Located within 2 minutes' walk from Shizuoka Station, the hotel Grand Hills Shizuoka has a Chinese cuisine restaurant on its 2nd floor called "Fu Cui Zhu".
I informed them about my reservation, and we sat down at a table for two.
On this day, I chose to order individual dishes rather than a set meal, and I was served in that manner.
First, we started with a craft beer called "TOKYO Sumida River Blueing Pérale Ér, Barreled" for ¥980. It's a good beer with a moderate bitterness and a rich taste. I drank it to soothe my throat.
エビのチリソース煮 ¥2800：サイズが適切なエビに、チリソースがしっかりと絡んだ一品です。ニンニクや生姜の風味が良く感じられますが、それほど濃厚ではないため食べやすいです。素材の良さを十分に引き出した素晴らしいエビチリです。ビールによく合う、絶品の中華料理です。
イカと帆立貝の炒め ¥2,500：海鮮と野菜を塩気で炒めた一皿。上品な味わいで、素材の旨味をしっかりと引き出した炒め物です。アスパラガスやタケノコの食感が良く、食べる際に心地よい感覚を与えます。ビールとの相性も良く、ビールには「古越龍山 花彫 金龍 5年（一合）」¥1,900を選んで楽しみました。ストレートで飲む紹興酒は後味がスッキリとして、非常に飲みやすいものでした。
Green Vegetable Garlic Stir-Fry ¥1,650: A simple stir-fry of green vegetables, featuring a crisp texture, a moderate saltiness, and the flavor of garlic, making it very enjoyable.
Beijing Duck ¥2,500: A plate of Beijing duck, served with shrimp sauce and parsley. When eaten, one can taste the rich miso sauce, along with the unique umami of the duck skin. I enjoy savoring the exquisite fatty taste of Beijing duck while drinking Xinghongjiu. It's delightful to have parsley to freshen up after eating.
ショーロンポー ¥520：他の料理と比べて圧倒的にお得な価格のショーロンポーです。酢と針生姜を添えて食べると、非常に美味しい味わいになります。皮で包まれた肉の旨味に適度な酸味が加わることで、さらに深い味わいになります。熱々のショーロンポーは、素材の良さをしっかりと感じさせてくれます。
Crab meat and eggs stir-fried with sweet soy sauce ¥1,650: A dish where simple crab meat is enjoyed with sweet soy sauce. The eggs are cooked to a light and beautiful texture, showing professional cooking skills. The sweet soy sauce offers a balanced acidity, sweetness, and umami. Although the portion was somewhat insufficient, one can still fully enjoy the crab meat. It's a great dish to savor while drinking Shaoxing wine.
五目あんかけ焼きそば ¥1,550：エビ、イカ、豚肉に野菜を合わせ、醤油味で仕上げた餡がたっぷりかけられた焼きそばです。具材がたっぷりで満足度の高い一品です。味付けもちょうど良く、全体的に美味しく食べられます。紹興酒を炭酸で割った「ドラゴンハイボール」¥950も一緒に楽しみました。
I enjoyed a high-end Chinese restaurant located in a traditional Japanese-style hotel in front of the Shizuoka Station. The atmosphere inside the store and the customer base were quite calm, making it a comfortable place to dine. Although the prices were a bit high, this "Futui Zhu" is a great choice for those who want to experience authentic and delicious Chinese cuisine.
