I heard that I could enjoy fresh hamburgers in Biyuan City, so I visited. The restaurant only serves lunch, so I arrived before it opened. There are only 4 parking spaces available, so it’s best to arrive early.
The interior has both table seats and a counter. Solo customers are encouraged to sit at the counter. Since we were two people, we chose the table seats. This is actually a steak restaurant, but most customers seem to come here for the Single Kuroyaka Hamburger (1,480 yen).
After a few minutes, the waiter came over!
Sure enough, the service was quick since it’s just a matter of grilling the surface. The meat seemed to be quite tender. It was probably fat. So, when grilling the hamburger, you need to use chopsticks to cut and place the hamburger pieces on top. But the hamburger was so soft that it collapsed. We tried to place it carefully.
If you ask for a replacement of the hamburger pieces, they seem to be able to do that. But we managed to eat it before it got cold.
Personally, I’ve tried various rare hamburgers. In terms of taste, price, and service, Saayaoka is probably the best overall.
