It was said that takeout service started yesterday.
At the main entrance of Hotel Rubra Wangshan, takeout sales are available.
Since they were also giving out brochures, I decided to take a quick look.
The hotel's accommodation is available only for reservations.
If there are no takeout items available, they will prepare them for us. We are also allowed to wait inside the hotel.
Ordered a Tian Don and curry.
Two shrimps and vegetables, the sauce was included separately and very delicious.
The curry was filled with a lot of Wagyu beef.
For just one yen, I received delicious food.
60분간のビューフードバイキング食べ放題。
Since the lunch was light, I decided to visit if there was a buffet of side dishes, so that I could be satisfied even without a main meal.
This month, it seems that they will also hold Viking events on weekends.
Since the curry was delicious, I ordered a little bit. Also, I had some vegetable meat, red broth, tea steamed rice, grilled fish, salted dill steamed with sake, grilled sweet shrimp and salmon sashimi, radishes, and oranges.
It didn’t take even 60 minutes, and since our hunger was satisfied, we decided to leave.
Yesterday and today are the days for the monthly Meal Buffet.
Today, I visited this place.
The sashimi consisted of salmon, sweet eel, and abalone.
Ikanari, mountain vegetable pasta, dried clams, fried vegetables, croquettes, white stew, eggplant stew, okra salad, steamed dishes, grilled fish, salads, curry, red broth, white rice. For desserts, cherry pie, milfoy cake, and fruits such as oranges and mangoes.
I ordered a pasta with mountain vegetables, along with sazaburi (oyster) steamed in alcohol.

Looking at today's rotating lunch options, there's a Viking dish.
In April, I noticed that yesterday and today were days of "Björk" (a festival), so I visited.
It was past 12 o’clock, and there was a considerable wait. I found a place to sit while waiting, so I sat down there.
Next to the pasta, there was dried clams served as a side dish, so I adapted it for the clams pasta.
The sashimi consisted of eel and sweet shrimp. There was also my favorite curry.
As desserts, there were pineapples and cherry pie.
A little affordable lobster meal.
This udon is served by being warmed in a microwave.
The first bite had a fish aroma, and as I ate it, I could sense the presence of eel.
The eel has a good thickness and provides a substantial amount of flavor, but it is regrettable that it lacks a soft and crisp texture.
Indeed, I feel that eating eel at a specialized eel restaurant is the best way to enjoy it.
This is the lunch menu for this year's Meal Banquet.
11時前には、店の前に常連客らしき人たちが列を作っていました。
A little while ago, a staff member greeted us as they opened the store.
Today's sashimi consists only of grilled salmon.
Ikan, pickled vegetables, miso soup, stewed green vegetables, tea pan-fried dishes, field vegetables, pumpkin stew, vegetable tempura, crab claw fried dishes, namasu, fish pot, soba, vegetable salad. For dessert, there was curry that we enjoyed last time.
We enjoyed the meal for 60 minutes.

It's been a long time since I've visited on the day of the meal buffet.
The dishes didn’t change much at all.
Ikan Sushi, Miso Steamed Fish, Pickled Dishes, Teriyaki, Buckwheat, Pot Roast, 3 types of Sashimi, Salads, Mini Cakes… Fruits included were canned mangos and pineapples.
The curry had a mild taste of beef, and it was delicious.
Since it was going to snow from evening onwards tomorrow, I didn’t want my feet to slip during lunch. Therefore, I visited the Meal Buffet on the first day of the 24th.
We visited after 12 o’clock, so we had to wait for a while until there were empty tables available.
Since it's a 60-minute Viking restaurant, there is a time when customers are replaced by others.
Today, the main dishes include cha-han, nareri, white rice, and mountain vegetable soba. Additionally, there are tea bowl steamed dishes, eel stew, dried radish, kajiaki with soy sauce, white vegetable marinated dishes, eel rolls, skewered chicken, tempura, sesame tofu, fish potstops, sweet shrimp and salmon sashimi, salads, and as desserts, there are mini omelets, mini rolls, and oranges.
I ate soba with tempura added to it, and I had a unique way of eating it. I got full after that.
Today and tomorrow, there will be a 60-minute Sousa Viking buffet with unlimited food.
There are no other menus available.
The restaurant opened at 11 o’clock, but we visited it around half-past twelve.
Perhaps it's because of the snowflakes falling outside, but I was able to enter the restaurant smoothly.
Today was also a "そうざいバイキング" that was similar to November in almost all aspects.
Compared to November, the only difference is that there are no vegetable stews.
The delicious dish was miso tofu, probably made with red soy sauce.

Yesterday and today were days of Sosoai Viking.
Yesterday, due to some scheduled appointments, I decided to visit today.
We were able to enter the restaurant during our first round of inspections.
We managed to secure four seats. The first thing that caught our attention was the I-ri Sushi next to the jar. When we opened the jar, we found chaehans inside.
In addition to white rice, there are char kochan and nareri sushi.
The dishes included white and egg, fish and vegetable paste, grilled tuna, fried pumpkin, sea scallops, shiitake mushrooms. These were all served in the new noodles.
The dish consists of chicken, bok choy, tofu, and green onions. The sashimi includes octopus and sweet shrimp.
Steamed radish, tea bowl steamed food, potato salad with fresh vegetables.
Pineapples are delicious.
This month's Viking event is scheduled for the 26th and 27th.
Thursday, I had plans for my husband, so I visited on Friday.
The sashimi consists of mackerel and sweet shrimp. The tempura is made from eggplant, zucchini, and other vegetables, and is eaten with salt.
I ordered Japanese soba with soy sauce.
This month's hit was curry.
The curry contained large potatoes, carrots, and meat. It had a creamy texture, reminiscent of a dish eaten at home.
After a long time, I ate delicious curry for the first time.
September's Viking Festival will take place on two days, September 27th and 28th.
Next month, October, there will also be two days designated as Viking Day.
On the second day, we visited the Viking at 11 o'clock. However, we arrived a little late.
The table seats were all occupied, so I chose to sit at the counter.
The seating area is not suitable because it's troublesome to put on or take off shoes. Therefore, I have never been to that place.
Narration:
The soba, the pot, pineapples, and o-hagi were all delicious.

Until now, the Viking Day, which used to be held 2 to 3 days a month.
It seems to be held once every four months, starting from April.
April is a two-day period from the 27th to the 28th.
The menu also changed slightly; shortly after opening, there was a yakisoba available.
From the second time onwards, I had to comply without resistance.
Since there were no bikers present, the handmade sushi was a pleasant surprise.
The March Viking event was originally scheduled to last for three months, but it was shortened to two days.
11時開店前から、店の前には長い列ができていました。
While relaxing in the lobby, even if you wait patiently, the time it takes to be guided around will still be longer.
We wait on the long bench in front of the restaurant.
Today's sashimi consists of the usual staple items: sweet ebi and yakisoba.
There were no narezushi, only maki-zushi. The pasta was a garlic-flavored mushroom stew. There wasn't any meat-based dish as the main course. Instead, there was plenty of brei radish and brei.
This time, the fish dishes felt quite good.
February's Vikings were different from anything we've ever experienced before.
From January onwards, the number of items available decreased.
Rice, miso soup, pickles, salads, etc., remain unchanged.
There was sushi, but the ikani was not available. The types of small dishes were around four, but now there are only two.
Is it a daily change, or is it a variation of the tea cup steamed dish with rolled eggs?
There are jyagas available in January, and the fish is served either grilled or as kajiaki soyote. The fried dishes are almost the same, but shrimp has been removed from the tempura options.
Stew dishes, udon, and sweet shrimp remain the same as usual, with only minor changes in ingredients. However, sashimi featured one additional variety this time; there was no change to the previous variety.
The dessert cakes were available in about three varieties, but we only had two types. The fruit options were limited to oranges only.
It was a lonely Viking.

The winter festival in January lasted for two days and three nights, starting on the 25th.
Iri, a type of sushi with rolls, is served with pasta as an additional dish. The taste is traditional Japanese, making it easy to eat.
Of course, there is also white rice and miso soup available.
There were three types of fried dishes available: tea-wan steamed dishes, sesame tofu, green vegetable stir-fries, kimbap, okara, grilled fish, and a stew of eggplant and green peas.
The tempura includes shrimp, octopus, pumpkin, shishimiso, and yellow corn. In addition, there are udon and stew dishes. The tempura is served with salt or udon broth.
The pot-stoof dishes were warm and comforting.
The sashimi consisted of sweet shrimp and octopus. The side dishes included two types of mini cakes, along with sweet potatoes, mangoes, grapes, fresh vegetables, and a potato salad.
2016.12
This year’s last brunch banquet was held early, on the 13th to 15th.
The main dish is a pot of fish, where you can eat the hot food directly.
The sashimi consisted of grilled salmon and sweet shrimp, and there were also pasta available on the table.
The sashimi pairs well with white rice, so I also ordered red broth, tea wagashi, and mixed dishes.
2016.11
November started on the 15th with an early Viking lunch.
October was a month when I couldn't visit Tokyo, so this month has been a blessing in that it started on a day I headed towards Tokyo.
Moreover, it was a pleasure to find that the restaurant wasn’t crowded even on the first day.
The sashimi was the usual sweet ebi and yaki, but there was no white fish.
There were pots of dishes like tempura, tea bowl steamed foods, and warm items to eat. The pineapple dessert was sweet and delicious.
2016.09
Starting today, a three-day lunch buffet has begun in September.
It's slower than usual, but maybe it's because there were more holiday weekends?
Starting tomorrow, I will go to Okinawa. Therefore, I will visit there today. My husband will go to Boul, so we are going separately as a Viking.
The tempura was still hot, the meat on the ground was tender, and the dessert o-hagi was delicious.
2016.08
August's Viking menu featured mainly summer vegetables.
This dish featured a lot of pumpkin and sweet potatoes, along with cold udon noodles topped with tempura.
The tea bowl steamed dish also had plenty of ingredients, and the fish-vegetable marinade was delicious. The fried onions and pork were tender.
The dessert, mini o-hagi, comes in two varieties. There is also dashi filling mixed within the powder.
2016.07
From July 27th to 29th, there was a Viking event.
After leaving the restaurant at 12 o’clock, there was a lot of traffic due to it being the first day of operation.
Moreover, the table seats are reserved, and half of them are occupied.
I saw a menu for a set meal featuring eel, which I could enjoy at a reasonable price using a coupon. It felt like I was seeing it online.
Everyone was showing their mobile phones.
Birds cannot be reserved, so we can only wait patiently until it fills up again.
Many customers dislike the seating in the dining area, so the table seats are more popular.
For me, the sesame tofu at Yuzuan is perfect. The soft stewed vegetables and the okonomiyaki with soymilk are served in a sweet sauce, which I really enjoy.
While the kiwifruit is quite average in terms of quality, it does have some good points. The quality of the fruit itself is excellent, and it tastes delicious.
It was a very short 60 minutes.
2016.06
From June 22nd to 24th, a Viking event was held.
In 60 minutes, the differences compared to May were evident. There was salmon grilled on sashimi, and also chicken and shrimp on tempura.
The pickled chard, pumpkin puree filling, and mixed vegetables stew are traditional Japanese side dishes. The desserts are almost identical to the side dishes; there is also a fruit section with mango.
The vinegar used for the rolled sushi is refreshing and delicious.
2016.05
Since I missed seeing the Viking in April, I decided to mark it as a visit and go there in May.
Sushi rolls, onigiri are classic dishes. Tea bowl steamed foods, hirashii, bamboo shoots, katsuobushi stewed vegetables, green peas with sesame sauce, soil-boiled foods, eggplants, octopus, vegetable tempura, mountain vegetable udon, sweet shrimp, octopus someon, four types of fried dishes, salads, fruits, warabi cakes, mini grass rice balls, cheese cake, miso soup, rice, pickles, and more.
I ordered udon with tempura, and it was delicious as tempura udon.
The miso soup was also hot and delicious.
2016.03
Starting today, for three days, we offer a meal plan featuring side dishes as part of the lunch menu.
At around 12:15, there were only two people visiting, so I was directed directly to a counter seat without any waiting.
In a 60-minute bikini meal, the dishes included: rolled sushi, onigiri, rice, miso soup, pickles, vegetable stew, tea bowl steamed dishes, hijiki, eggplant stew, sesame tofu with spring flavors, octopus, fried pork and onions, tempura, chicken teriyaki, flower salad, salmon, bream, sweet shrimp sashimi, salad, potato salad, and as dessert, straw cake, two types of mini cakes, watermelon, pineapple, and other options.
The tea bowl steamed dishes were filled with plenty of ingredients and served hot. I ordered two of them. The variety of sashimi was also extensive, and the tempura—which included eggplant, tofu, lotus root, shishimomo, and shrimp—were all freshly fried. I ordered them with salt.
The zucchini was also very meaty, with potatoes and carrots that were also soft. The flavor was exactly what I liked.
206.02
We visited for a meal of convenience food until tomorrow.
Every time I think about it, one thing that stands out is that the restaurant caters to a higher age group.
Everyone was energetic, competing to head towards the Viking corner and selecting their favorite side dishes.
There are specific patterns for the dishes served here. The main staples include sushi, onigiri, and rice. There are three types of fried foods, okara, miso stews like wakame and seaweed, and sashimi options include eel soba and sweet shrimp. This time, there was also a dish similar to a soy milk pot.
For desserts, there were two types of mini cakes, three types of Japanese sweets, and fruits.
Since it's a 60-minute biviking event, if you adjust the time accordingly, you can enter the venue smoothly and enjoy your meal comfortably. I received plenty of sweet shrimp.
2015.10
Starting today, the lunch service for three days will be a set meal option.
The sashimi for this month was eel soumen and sweet shrimp.
To the fried food, cute shrimps were also added. For the rolled sushi, the ingredients were changed from those used for the ikanishi from the middle of the process onward.
Since the broth of the udon was delicious, I ordered more.
It’s been 60 minutes, but I was still completely full.
Revisit
Today's lunch was a buffet style.
In 60 minutes, you can enjoy a buffet for 1000 yen.
The rice and red broth are served by the staff who are in charge of the service.
The fried foods included yuba, white fish, shishimaki, yellow corn, beans, and pumpkin. The skewered meats featured pork with ginger.
I received dishes such as eel someon, sweet shrimp sashimi, marinated rolls, pickled vegetables, cooked together dishes, soaked and grilled soba, university sweet potato, boiled and soaked eggplant, salads, and fruits including pineapples, dried persimmons, mini cakes, etc. I received these items in small portions.
It was a very short one hour.
2015.09
Using a coupon, the Eel Buffet was available at half the price of 5500 yen, so I decided to visit.
Starting with sesame tofu, followed by sashimi, eel grilled in vinegar, Japanese white fish roasted over fire, white-cooked dishes in the Yanagawa style, winter melon, young corn, shrimp, radishes, kinu seaweed and eel stewed with Yama sauce, hitsumabushi, and white peach sorbet.
Yesterday, I had three glasses of beer during a brewery tour, so today I decided to take a break from drinking alcohol and instead enjoy tea.
There were many dishes available, so I ordered a little rice halfway through.
The soy sauce used for the eel was a bit darker in color, so I felt that it lacked a little sweetness.
Feeling full and satisfied.
From the second exit of Ikima Station on the Higashi-Yama Line of the subway, proceed east. After passing the signal of Chizu Police Station, you will find the Lubra King Mountain Hotel.
This is a Japanese-style restaurant located on the first floor.
I often see it being used for training or meetings by school officials and government personnel in Aichi Prefecture.
During the lunch visit, around 12 o’clock, the restaurant was fully booked by a group of senior women.
The daily lunch menu includes sturgeon gratin and stock-wrapped eggs. These dishes were out of stock for the next two groups after we ordered them.
When the eel was placed in the bamboo sticks, it became more tender. The steamed eel was soaked well in the broth and tasted delicious.
Both the tea bowl steamed dishes and the miso soup are truly worthy of being called "kaiten" restaurants. The broth is delicious indeed.
When checking the accounts, it was noticed that senior customers were issued stamp cards. It seems that once in every ten times, there is a chance to get something for free.
Therefore, I was satisfied with the fact that there were many female customers.
I received a coupon at the lounge that allows me to get a soft drink for 100 yen.
