Leaving the noise of Shinbashi behind, we visited this restaurant where we could enjoy Japanese cuisine in a calm and luxurious atmosphere. We made a reservation to visit with friends. It's quite rare to find a yakiniku restaurant with private rooms. We found this place by looking at the website of our favorite yakimen.

This is the cheapest set menu. Even so, when you add the unlimited drinks, the price becomes quite high. The elegant appetizers that evoke a sense of seasonality are prepared in advance on the table. Each dish is beautifully presented, and each bite reveals a different flavor.
Next to be served are the sashimi. The medium-sized tuna and the big salmon are both well-flavored and fresh. Sashimi is not easy to deceive; both in terms of color and quality, it's excellent.
The main Kagoshima black pork broth is the true highlight of this meal. The specially prepared broth is so flavorful that you can't help but be amazed at its depth of taste just by taking a bite. It's so rich that it makes one feel like eating more food. The balance between the broth and the rice is perfectly struck, allowing the natural flavors of the ingredients to be fully appreciated.
