Due to the coronavirus, the restaurant was forced to close its doors, and I have never been able to step inside again.
It seems that they have finally resumed operations...
I went to meet the manager.
There were no early customers; it was a private table.
I ordered the usual dishes.

At the request of my colleagues from the company, who wanted to try delicious grilled chicken, I brought them to Yamashichi, a popular restaurant in Kunitoshi.

Whatever you eat there, it's truly delicious. It's my favorite izakaya in Kōbunji—Yamashi.
Due to a diagnosis of anemia during the health check-up, we went to the hospital to get a blood test. Five of us, including our colleagues from the company, went together.
Since there were a lot of people, I ordered a lot of food.

This sashimi salad was quite a while since I last tasted it. But this time, I grilled the chicken thighs rare and topped it with a radish salad with tonkatsu ingredients!

This is a long time since I've cooked "water-cooked" dishes again.
Good broth, this soup can be enjoyed forever (*´o`*)

After raising a toast with beer, everyone opened the bottle of hinoki shochu together.
Indeed, it’s the best restaurant I've ever been to.

Indeed, Kunitoshi Ichiho is a favorite izakaya for me, Yamaši.
Last year, we celebrated our 10th anniversary. I had been thinking about visiting again, but it’s already been over five months since my last visit… (>_<)
It's a long time since I've visited here.
From the cooked dishes served as appetizers, to be honest, it’s top-notch.
This day
Oyster heaven, raw oyster sauce, oyster tofu
And a menu filled with oysters!
This was prepared as oyster sauce.
On top of the renshigo, oyster is served.
Under the oysters, there are trolos of mountain yams hidden. It's best to eat them all at once, *>_<*
On this day, in addition to the sashimi that I ordered separately, they even added kumata to the dish. So, I had oysters with kumata.

The soup of lamb stew seemed to be a perfect match for white rice, so I ordered it and was absolutely satisfied.
Please add rice to the soup, and for the remaining rice, use the egg yolks that came with the stew, as well as the leftover sauce from the stew. It's a truly exquisite TKG♪
Feeling full, one price of 2,500 yen. An amazing cost-performance ratio.
I was extremely satisfied and left the restaurant.
It was a pity that I couldn't meet the manager.

This is a Japanese restaurant-review content. It's the 10th year since its opening. The main dishes of this restaurant are roast chicken, meat stew, and sashimi. It's a Japanese-style izakaya.
Since the opening until last year, I visited this restaurant every week. Recently, with all my focus being on new customers, it’s been quite a while since I last saw the manager. It was a surprise to meet him again after about 5 months. (^_^;)

If you come, just tell me so that I can prepare the yakiniku. But it's just a makeshift meal, so we'll use plain rice instead.
However, the salmon, matakeboshi, and hotaru ikka were each extremely delicious, so there wasn’t anything to complain about at all.

From the very beginning, I was quite satisfied with the restaurant. But since I was hungry today, I decided to order more food.

マハタはクエみたいな魚で、コリコリして本当に美味しかったです!

It's one of the popular menu items at Yamakashi, and I really like it.
We serve eggplant covered in a crispy thin layer, served with mustard and salt.
・カビト味噌
Simply delicious. The homemade miso is really tasty.
After eating all of this, it felt like I was filled up in no time. I really wanted to try the meat pot dish, but I had to give up that wish ^_^;
Using bottles to carry drinks and sipping them slowly—this is also a happy way of eating.

This is the most common path taken in Kokubetsuji.
After spending nearly ten years visiting this place almost every week, I completely neglected it since starting to use gourmet websites and started eating out more frequently.
I really missed it, so I said to my husband, "Let's go there from time to time." He was overjoyed. I'm sorry for that ^_^;

Previously, one could enjoy meals even on days other than the specified dates. However, now that the closing time has been extended to earlier hours (around 12 o'clock at night), it seems like this restaurant will become more popular on weekends.

It’s been about a month since we last visited. We came with the company members. Since we usually come in pairs, we really enjoy ordering more dishes when there are multiple people present. It’s a great feeling! (^^*)
The signature sashimi with 5 items was reduced to 3 items!
According to the staff at the restaurant, they listed each individual grade in detail.
Did I really do that? Even though I tried to joke about it, the sashimi that came was...

Since the restaurant opened about 10 years ago, I have been visiting there almost every week. However, I haven't been there for nearly a month, so I finally made a trip this time.
Kokubunji has many yakitori restaurants, but this one is highly recommended.
The beer is my beloved Sapporo black-label.
Additionally, it is a restaurant that has earned the title of "Sapporo Black Label Master".
This is a title that is only given to restaurants that have been inspected by a person from Sapporo Brewery wearing a mask. These restaurants are recognized as those that truly offer delicious Sapporo black-label beer.
The food here is delicious no matter what you choose to eat, but the following dishes are particularly recommended:

Quality and quantity are both excellent.
Based on today's purchases, there are five types of sashimi available, each served in two portions, along with fried egg rolls with shrimp heads.
This fried egg is really delicious!
The sashimi is all fresh, and I think its quality is even higher than that of a traditional sushi restaurant.
■マツ煮込み
This restaurant not only offers bonito in its menu, but the bonito stew is also delicious. The bonito is cooked until soft and tender. The flavor penetrates deeply into the radish, yarrow, and konnanyaku, making it an ideal dish to pair with sake.
You can choose between spicy and non-spicy dishes, but always the spiciness is increased, and they make it turn completely red.
Asking for extremely spicy dishes that are not on the menu is something I'm particularly good at.
■焼鳥 190円〜
Grilled rare yakiniku cooked over charcoal fire.
The levers and sazami are semi-melted, melting in the mouth.
■キャベキュー
A mixture of cabbage and cucumbers. Nowadays, when vegetables are more expensive, it's quite pleasant to be able to eat such a large amount of fresh vegetables.
The selling points of this restaurant include many types of roasted chicken and foot meat dishes. However, what truly stands out is the affordability of the bottle of sake!
5合瓶は2000円、1升瓶は4500円程度から注文でき、これらを保存することができます。
There are also a wide variety of sake brands available. If you don't have any specific brand you'd like to try, just let them know your favorite brand, and they will have it ready for your next visit...
Since there's no particular appeal in Shochu,
Saraoka Heikyuu, Kurokoga Manen, Kujira Ayami…
And so, I ordered a variety of dishes.
I have accumulated nearly 30 such bottles in total.
The staff members are all people who speak in a natural, easy-going manner, and I really like them. They also have many sharp remarks that make the conversation full of laughter.
A restaurant I would like to continue visiting forever.
