As a way to cool off from the heat of the company, we enjoyed the summer-only "Summer Premium Course".
Located about 2 minutes' walk from the JR Omi Station west entrance, it features a private room where guests can enjoy a comfortable stay.
Sashimi of three kinds and beef zabuton steak, etc. The menu offers a balanced combination of fish and meat. I enjoyed all the dishes, which were delicious and refreshing, perfect for summer.

The promotion in Kyushu is quite strong.
This restaurant’s top dish is, without a doubt, “活締め鯖姿造り”!
The restaurant serves fresh sashimi caught from the fish tank inside the store. Because it's fresh, we can enjoy the pure, raw sashimi without any vinegar dressing at all.
The fat of the salmon is so fresh and delicious, probably because it is served after being freshly prepared!
